I called Done-Rite because we needed a new garbage disposal, and they were able to send someone out to me the very next morning. Austin showed up on time and got the job done efficiently. He was polite, kind, and did a great job. We will use them again in the future.

When Southern California has its annual winter storm and your house fills with sewage and hatred, there is only one person to call: the God of Thunder himself. Why wouldn’t you call the most handsome Avenger to fix your pipes? Dave and Robbie came out three times in two weeks because my plumbing was trying to murder my family. We were not able to save my sewer line. But they sure as hell were able to avenge it.

Done Rite was very proactive in spending the time it took (+ or - 90 minutes) attempting to clear blockage of our main waste line in our crawl space. As a result, the location was identified and a plan to resolve was established. It was also determined from additional camera work that the existing exterior waste line “clay pipe” was in need of repair. In lieu of excavation in a traditional trench repair, Done Rite suggested installing an epoxy liner, eliminating the majority of landscape repairs required with trenching activity to make repairs. A reverse clean out was required to access the original block. Austin & Jimmie were very easy to work with and left the work area as clean as they found it. I’m very satisfied with the way business was conducted and will recommend Done Rite to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

This is the second time I’ve used this company. Jason came out to repair what I thought was leaking valves behind my washer. He fixed it without having to do any major repairs. He was smart and courteous. They kept me updated by text as to his arrival. I highly recommend Done Rite Plumbing for your repairs. Danny contacted us to let us know that he would be at our home early. I explained that the Association told us to replace the regulator on our water source. Danny tested the regulator, and it seems it was working but running a little high.

Since the regulator was the original that came with the house, I decided to replace it. Dan explained What he had to do and the cost. Once he removed the old one, the new unit went in smoothly and very quickly. The job took less than an hour. Danny was very professional, explained to me the repair and got the job done.

Furthermore, I liked their follow up system. Done-Rite will send you confirmation by both email and text. Danny and Done-Rite are highly recommended!

Great experience and overall cool workers. :)
Rob, Moe, Sam and Austin were personable yet professional and were so patient with us and our questions, curiosities and overall socially awkward family members.
We had a major master bathroom leak that leaked right into the kitchen through the recessed lighting! They were able to quickly suss out where it was coming from.
Was great having them around. They're upbeat, kind and straight about all the issues we had and what was going on at every point. Recommend!

Austin came to our house yesterday to replace a broken toilet and install a new showerhead and faucet. He was very professional and polite and did a nice job outlining the work to be done and an overview of our options. Ultimately the shower work required installing a whole new valve which meant cutting through drywall and a lot more time and expense than we were anticipating. I wouldn't say these guys are inexpensive ($250 to install a customer-supplied toilet), but the quality of the work was very good.

Had a plumbing emergency at the worst time possible. Done-Rite sent someone to my house within 30 minutes of calling them. Austin was amazing! He fixed my problem in less than 45 mins. I happened to be on the phone when he was here and he overheard that I ran out of toilet paper and he ran back to his truck and gave me a few rolls to bide me over for now. I’m so appreciative! My home was built in 1960 and the plumbing is showing it's age. Done-Rite works on homes in my neighborhood and has unclogged drains and installed a water purifier and tankless water heater in my home. Highly recommend. Christian has been our savior a couple of times. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and cleans up any mess that may be left over.

I contacted 4 or 5 plumbing companies for an estimate to fix a swimming pool water line that wouldn’t shut off (caused by a worn out valve). Done Rite Plumbing responded with a competitive bid without a mandatory service fee to come over to evaluate the work site, which I appreciated. Elias was the technician sent over to the house and he was fantastic. After quickly assessing the situation, he offered me both repair and replacement options. I really appreciated that he was able to negotiate the final replacement price without having to check back with the office. After picking up the replacement parts and quickly fixing the valve and new water line with beautiful copper piping and fittings, he also raised the turn knob a foot higher, which my 70 year-old back really appreciates! A 5 Star experience, from beginning to end.

I've called Done-Rite Plumbing a couple of times now. Both times they got me on their schedule same-day and both times they sent out Danny. He's a good dude and does good work - everything he's fixed has stayed fixed and he's been on time or early both times. Hopefully I'll have some time before I need to call a Plumber again, but when I do, I'll call Done-Rite again for sure.

This is my second service call with Done-Rite plumbing. My issue wasn’t urgent. I was able to make a next day appointment - they called this AM and asked if they could come earlier!! Who does that? I appreciate their service. Danny came as promised and was a pleasure to work with. Super professional and got the job “done-rite”. It was rainy out - he had shoe covers in the house and was very courteous. All service comes with 30 day warranty to ensure it’s totally fixed. He even offered some tips to prevent the issue from happening again (with garbage disposal). It’s comfort to know who I’d call if I had a problem again. Thank you Danny for your help!

We had a pipe break from the main line to our house.I called Done-Rite & spoke to Sarah. She was able to schedule me right away. Jason showed up right on time and fixed the pipe. Both Sarah & Jason were super nice and assured me that it was going to be alright & not to worry. They were right, the pipe was fixed pretty quick & our water was back on in no time. We had experienced a sink not draining and they were able to come out the very next day! They were very up front about what could possibly need to be done, transparent about pricing and Christian and Danny explained everything phenomenally. Although the issue was a little bigger than originally anticipated they explained the work they were doing and completely fixed the issue!

I had called Done-Rite plumbing at the recommendation of a friend for an odd dripping sound behind the wall. Austin came out and gave very reasonable options and recommendations on how to address it. Austin and Jimmie came out shortly after and installed a new water heater faster than expected but checking in with me frequently to make sure positioning and drainage were adequate. I am very impressed with their work and their friendliness. In the future, would ask for them both again.

May 17, 2020 - I was very impressed with Done Rite Plumbing and Rooter. I called their office at 8pm on Thursday and they were there first thing Friday morning. Austin Poirier was very professional. After researching he explained what the problems(s) were and how they could be remedied (in layman’s terms). We will definitely use Done Rite Plumbing and Rooter again and request Austin Poirier.

We had what we thought was a minor plumbing issue that was actually much more serious. Our plumber, Austin, was AMAZING! Great at figuring out what the problem was and was in constant communication with us. We had a great experience from the beginning, speaking with Sharon on the phone. Dee, Johnny, and Mo came to help out due to the extensive nature of the job and were also spectacular. They were efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned up thoroughly after they completed the job. Would HIGHLY recommend them!

Austin and Jimmie replaced the broken main water shut off valve on our new home. They also replaced and installed a new water heater. They were both great and very professional. Answered all our questions and provided additional information and advice for keeping our new water heater running as long as possible.
