I knew my problem was weird and difficult to find. I am very mechanical . This is an average of different ratings on different topics.
4 stars - I called , looking for Ground penetrating Radar to find an ABS pipe in my back yard grass area. The first manager said they do not have that device, I said thank you. He said have a nice day.
1 star - A few minutes later another manager called me and said, that the other guy was wrong and that they do have it. I verified with him, what I wanted and he said, yes they have it. Great, we made the appointment.
4 stars - The tech arrived on time, clean and was very nice.
I showed him my problem and what I thought we needed. He agreed with what I needed and that they do NOT have that tool to find the abs pipe.
1- star , So I called the their office to let them know about their mistake, The woman said someone will call me back. That never happened.

I do Property management. I did have a little problem with them making a mistake and wasting my time.
BUT the bigger problem was NOT returning my call.

Had a plumbing issue in my office and they were able to correct it promptly

I realized around 9:00 pm that I had a water heater leak, and a Google search brought up Barker & Sons. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable and assured me I would hear from scheduling in a timely manner.James arrived on time, explained what he observed and his recommendations, wrote up two estimates and went over my options in detail. He installed the new water heater same day, did a fantastic job cleaning up; he went far above what the scope of work was and remained courteous the entire time.James went over financing options as well as the Company 30 month maintenance plan, which I purchased. I highly recommend Barker & Sons for any plumbing needs.

Nolan was patient explaining how and why the pipes from the sink had to be clean. He was totally professional and kind. He left my kitchen clean when he was done.

The gentleman came in and fixed what we had asked for but then noticed that there was still a leak. He mentioned what our options were and it went from our toilet leaking from the base to a replacement of the whole toilet. I am thankful for his experience and know-how of the job. Nolan was very personable and professional. He was patient in explaining what was wrong with the shower, and was able to fix the cartridge without having to replace the valve.

I had one plumber at my home that told me it would around $20,000 to replace old pipe or reline with epoxy. He had completed 50 feet with a hydro jet and said the pipes were bad. I called Orange coast plumbing for a second opinion. Using his camera into the pipes, Chuck thought that he couldhydro jet it for more than fifty feet. He came back and went 80 feet into the pipes. He removed all the debris and the pipes were clear for $1695!!! He saved me so much money. I have regained my faith in plumbers. Thank you Chuck and Rock.
