He listened to my issues took detailed notes and had their technicians out within 48 hours. They fixed my shower water pressure, unclogged my shower and toilet, and serviced my tankless water heater.

Made an appointment for 10am-11am, at 1045 I called to be sure we were all set. Was told I'd get a call back. Called again an hour later and was told again that I'd get a call back. At 1pm I still had not gotten a call back so I called again and was told there was no one to come till around 4pm. So I just canceled. Why did I never get updates when things were clearly going wrong? I understand things can happen but why did I have to hound them for updates? Ppl were polite but no follow through.

I can always trust B&B plumbing to be professional and provide quality work! I have used them previously to work on my gas plumbing and they were the first company I wanted to call when my sinks were not draining. They again provided great work and I can finally use my sinks again!

We recently used their services about a month ago for some repairs with kitchen plumbing and started experiencing some drainage issues again so contacted them to come out. Sean came out the next day, and even Eric one of the owners came out the same day with a scope to help us figure out the source of the problem. They initially thought it may have been a collapsed pipe using this cool scope they had, and said they could be out in a couple of weeks, however Eric was able to send his guy Javier out the very next day. Javier was professional and laid out stuff to protect our floor and taped off section of house he needed to work on to minimize dust. After a day's work, he found the problem, it wasn't a collapsed pipe, but rather a big piece of plastic that blocked off the drain pipe. We were glad the damage wasn't worse. These guys are all super professional and responsive and great to work with. Very trustworthy business and we highly recommend using them. We're hoping we won't have to deal with anymore plumbing issues for a while, but if we do, these are the guys we will be calling again for sure!

Platinum was referred to us by our friends, and they lived up to their reputation of doing good work and being professional. We had a pretty bad clog and an old broken cast iron pipe that needed to be replaced. Our plumber was Nick. On time, every time, and very knowledgeable and professional.

I was directed to this company from socalgas for my water heater issue. Got diagnosed and told for pilot assembly and gas controller issue. I am not an expert so I had to go by the guys who are claiming ‘experts’ themselves. I was given the estimate of $525 to fix the issue and the technician said it would be an hour work job. Since it was an emergency, I even paid the express shipping fee to order the parts.

For the estimate I was given compared to the time required to fix totally did match for me so I had a handyman I know to come and look at it. He diagnosd for gas connect issue and fixed it in 10 minutes without replacing any parts and all the complicated work process.

I called the company again spoke to the manager but they only went by the manual and gave the estimate based on their rates and blah blah. They could have been right and how I resolved my issue could be only temporary, but, if this company/technician really concerned about my issue he could had done the same thing and fix ‘temporarily’ since we had been asserting the issue is emergent since the issue is at my business rather than just giving me the $525 repair estimate cost in the beginning. In results, I am still waiting for the parts that I didn’t even get to see those yet that I paid for express and paid diagnosis did not help me at all.
