For an industry that has many not-so-savory characters, Jim is top notch. He's a straight-forward guy and I really feel like he has my best interest in mind. I would refer my mother to him.

On a Friday, Jimmy Kelly came to home to repair my faucet that stopped working and reseat and replace toilet screws. SUPER PROFESSIONAL, great demeanor, and went above and beyond. The faucet really he could’ve called it a day and just charged me for a whole new faucet… but he went the extra mile and found a way to fix mine. The same with the toilet… which was a MESS underneath, he cleaned it up pulled out the broken bolts replaced the top plastic.Again above and beyond and really could’ve just said hey you need to replace everything.Honest and hardworking people are rare these days, really appreciated. Thank you so much it’s been a rough month for me and your service made my life easier!!

I don't usually write reviews but when a company simply stands above the rest, I believe they deserve to be noticed. I spent all day Sunday creating a mess on a 1 1/4 water pressure regulator. By 7 pm, we had no water in the house and I was done! I called Countywide and the owner, Rick was patient enough to explain the problem and the possible resolution on a Sunday night! He sent one of his guys the next morning, Nick, who was already briefed and began putting the puzzle together. Nick really knew his stuff! By mid-morning, he restored water to the house and got rid of all my headaches. Simple as that! These guys are fair and professional. I learned that CountyWide has been around since 1992 - this is the reason why!

My AC died on my during this incredible heat. Called NexGen and they sent Patrick out literally the next morning. Not only did Patrick fix my issue quickly but he taught me things about my AC system I had no idea about. My place feels way more comfortable. Patrick was professional, efficient, and just a down to earth good guy. Thank you Patrick and NexGen.

Chuck arrived when promised, reviewed leak situation in my home, gave an explanation of what needed to happen including price before any work moved forward. I am pleased with his honesty, he was professional and there were no surprises and very NEAT. I would recommend Chuck for any plumbing needs.

We needed help with our toilet and pipe repair and they sent Scott out to us. Scott was very nice and professional and did very detailed work. He also shared some tips with us that will help us prevent problems from coming back in the future. If you need a plumber ask for Scott, he did a great job and as you can see I highly recommend him for your needs.
