I have used First Option Plumbing 4 times now. Bert is always quick to respond and come out to give a quote. His pricing is very fair, his employees are very timely and courteous and always a job well done. Most recently Bert came out to take a look at my bad gas supply line to my fire pit. He said they would try to replace it without having to bust out concrete around valve, but he couldn’t guarantee it. He gave one price and a higher price if they had to go through concrete. I couldn’t be there that morning so I couldn’t verify if first attempt worked or not. Bert texted me that they got lucky and the cheaper quote was going to do it. They could have easily added the more expensive option without me knowing if it was legit or not. Bert is an honest plumber who you can trust.

Upon discovering our leaky faucet, my fiancée insisted on getting it fixed, and I decided to contact Velvet Plumbing. Luckily, I had the pleasure of choosing a highly skilled and composed plumber who expertly repaired the faucet. I am now confident in recommending this company to others. They did a fantastic job!

As of this writing (Feb. 2023) I have had 2 jobs done by Graham Plumbing, and I've been satisfied with both.

Joshua replaced one of our toilets. He quickly realized what the problem was with our existing toilet near the back of the house - we needed a new one that flushes more forcefully - and recommended just the right replacement. We haven't had a problem with the new one since. One thing he did that other plumbers haven't, was he applied caulking around the base of the toilet where it meets the floor. It's little details like this that I notice, and it makes all the difference.

The other job involved the plumbing under the kitchen sink. Ours was a mess. The pipes were old and rotting. The outgoing drain pipe was higher than the garbage disposal. The pipes were too close together for me to be able to reach anything to do any routine fixes myself. Chris removed all the old drain pipes and installed new ones that go in the direction they're supposed to, and at a level below the garbage disposal. He looked at it, knew exactly what parts would be needed, and got the job done in a couple hours. The basket strainer in the sink needed to be replaced, and it was hard to find that part, but he made sure he found exactly the right one for this particular sink. And he made sure to communicate with me clearly everything he was doing, and why, in a courteous and friendly way.

Next time I have a plumbing problem (and there's always a next time) I expect to be calling Graham Plumbing again.

The first attempt to repair the plumbing problem was a total disaster.
The second plumber sent was not a success, either. He waited for another plumber to come and lo and behold he had the key to solving the leak problem. Instead of opening up a long stretch of the wall, as the second plumber suggested, Luis Ramirez, rightfully said that it was not necessary. He and his assistant took over the job and very successfully, so far. ( I had the hole patched up, so far everything is dry in the Sarmiento's living room; and everyone is happy.)

Brett was such a pro. He was kind, knowledgeable and worked quickly and double checked his work every step of the way. Excellent. Thanks so much Brett.

My RHEEM tankless water heating was leaking and thankfully was under warranty. RHEEM offered to replace the unit but I had to go through a PRO Partner and pay for the cost of labor. I searched the closest plumber companies and one of them was B&B Plumbing.
After calling several companies, I decided to go with B&B. Robert came to my house within the time allotted and he replaced the faulty unit quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions.
B & B handled the return and paperwork for the return of the faulty unit. Everything was done in 2 hours! Needless to say, I am very happy with the service and I will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

We had our to have our house's pipes replaced and an emergency hydrojetting and MVP did a great job. Christian, Cameron, Cesar, and the other guys were all great. Very friendly and informative. MVP worked with us on the price a bit which helped tremendously with other things we need to do around the house. Replacing the pipes took 5 days and they kept us informed on their progress, what they were going to do that day, and what appliances and when we could use them. The emergency hydrojetting took a couple hours due to the size of the roots blocking the line to the sewer.

The only issue we had was that the initial communication of when they were going to arrive for both jobs was spotty. I would 100% recommend MVP and the next time we need a plumber for anything I'm going to give them a call.

A nice bonus is that they put me in touch with another contractor Paul Rubio to do nonplumbing work who has been great.
