Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I find Bubby’s has great customer service, they respond quickly to phone calls and the staff is professional and helpful, they took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why, and how to prevent this problem in the future, highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again.

Had a emergency with my condo in downtown Detroit late on a Saturday night of course. I called 3 places before I came across Ron at Iron Pipe. I wish I called him first. He was the only one willing to come out and help me out. He was very friendly and easy going. Fixed my issue without any issues. He charged a reasonable amount for the time he was there and I was extremely satisfied with the service. I have his card and will be using him in the future if I ever have any more issues. Owner was rude and does not understand gas pipe sizing

Unfortunately, I had to have some extensive pipe work done in my basement. Tru-Flo (Bob) did an amazing job and got the job done RIGHT! Everyone I spoke with including the owner of the company was trustworthy and respectful! If your looking for great plumbing service look no further!
