Best Water Heater in Detroit MI

Ed was excellent - very professional and courteous. The job was well done and I would use Nelson Bros again and request that it be Ed who works on the job.

Excellent Service. Marcus, Technician, was very friendly, answered questions, and informative. He informed me of different things about the furnace system I was not aware of. I joined the VIP membership program, which appears to be a really good membership program for heating, plumbing, and electric work.

Blake was horrible!!! Absolutely disrespectful and racist! I would never use this company again! He did not fix the problem and had the nerve to charge $320!! And called me all type of black “mfs” when I didn’t have cash on me. I paid for my services with a card!

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

They came out fast and did get the job done with our a doubt.but twice I was left with skirting off it's a must to pay attention to the small things on the job you took on. They are the best in the area I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know and I know you will too.
