Best Water Heater in Detroit MI

I called Nelson Brothers to snake a drain that would back up in the spring. The guy they sent out was a jerk with an attitude. He barely did the job ( I had to pay to have another company to come out and snake the drain correctly within a month) and when he presented me with the overly expensive bill, I told him I had a $10 off coupon, and he told me that he already factored that into the bill, which was an outright lie, because I never mentioned the coupon to anyone, including him. I would never use this company again, and I have told all my friends, family, and coworkers the same. All this company cares about is money. No customer service, and a very poor work ethic. Plumbers are a dime a dozen, might as well spend your money with a good company that will appreciate your business and not rip you off.

Fast response and good work but very expensive for the service. The quality of their work is good - no problems after and no reason to call them back. I was charged $249 to Reset and Reseal Toilet. To me it would be reasonable at $100, so IMHO it was 2.5X too expensive. My original call was for another issue and while there, they found the toilet was leaking significantly so I told them to go ahead and fix it. I've done this same job myself at least a dozen times and admit it's not a pleasant task. I respect the time and money spent by trades to attain their credentials. But $249? Geez guys, c'mon...

Roto Rooter quoted $1400 to hydro jet 220 feet of sewer line in my Beverly Hills home and required payment in advance. When they found they could do only 100 feet because they brought insufficient line, they stopped and did not return. I called multiple times requesting a refund of 50% of my money and no one would call me back and obviously they provided no refund. Very poor customer service by management.

Called at 10 pm and they sent a gentleman named Tracy out he was professional knew exactly what to do and got it done quickly and cleanly

Worst business I have ever dealt with. Owner Jerome Morgan very rude. So dude I’m not sure why he’s still in business. But I do know he’s connected to the kwame campaign. They still giving him jobs and he don’t know what he’s doing. All factual

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! Thanks Mike & Jason - hopefully won't need you much but keepers!

I find Bubby’s has great customer service, they respond quickly to phone calls and the staff is professional and helpful, they took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why, and how to prevent this problem in the future, highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again.
