Best Washing Machine in Detroit MI

I recently had my residential sewer line collapse in my backyard. I have sewer insurance, so I used the insurance company to clear the drain and set up what local company in Royal Oak they would use to repair/replace the sewer line. They put it out for bid and the company that we ended up with was Cregger Plumbing.The process for having the sewer line repaired began in April. They finally got to it end of last week. 3 Months later after a 4 to 6 weeks estimate. Our house was miserable while it filled with sewer gas with every flush of a toilet.In review of Cregger after they are now done, I would give the office a huge FAIL for lack of communication and lack of care for our concerns. It was only after I called the insurance company to ask for a different Plumbing company to do the job that I suddenly began to hear back from anyone.As for the crew that came out to do the actual job, They would get 5 stars all day long from me! Dave, Jerrett (Rick?), and Mark(?) took on a very difficult dig with as minimal damage to my yard as possible, communicated with me very well, and I felt like they truly cared about getting my sewer line back in service as quickly and professionally as possible!

I have used Mango several times. I have had a new jot water heater installed, faucets changed, and they have fixed clogged drains! I highly recommend this company.

We had a toilet that was loose, and called Motor City. Whomever answered the phone was friendly and very efficient. We arranged a date a week out because of my schedule, but they could have handled the next day. Brandon just left and was prompt, professional, clean, quick and the price was fair. No muss, no fuss - I'll keep their number close.

Bison called the day before to say they'd arrive between noon and 2 pm. On the service day, they called again to say they'd arrive within a half hour. They arrived 25 minutes later, at 12:10, and worked their snake for a solid hour, penetrating 75 to 80 feet with a 3 cutter head and removed enough roots to fill a 5 gal bucket. The 2 man team, Vern and Daniel, were professional but friendly. I definitely got my money's worth. Thanks, Bison!

We were able to secure services quickly and conveniently. We received courtesy calls estimating arrival time, which were honored. Our technician, AJ, was very polite, professional and helpful. He explained the problem at hand, rendered a solution and gave helpful advice in relation to the problem. He offered and explained additional service we might consider, without being pushy, but informative. I appreciate that and as a result, would consider using the company in the future, and specifically, follow AJ's advice.
