My grandmother was in desperate need of a plumber, she previously had some work done. She was OVER CHARGED and they made the problem worse than it originally was by breaking a cable off in the sewer line and never disclosed that information to her. I was referred to Brock’s plumbing by a friend. My worry was that she would be ripped off again. Mr. Ray of Brock’s plumbing came in and ran a camera through the sewer and told us what the problem was. He explained everything so that my grandmother and I understood.
