Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! I hired gregger back in April to replace my boiler with a high efficiency boiler/hot water system. I gave them a $1100 deposit and work started the next week. It is now July 19th. The unit was shut down by CMS energy on Fri for a gas leak coming from inside the unit and from the line going to the dryer which CMS said was from when they moved the dryer. It has not been inspected yet. The office manager - Emily is a monster. There are electrical and possible venting issues that need to be resolved along with scratches on my floors, they disconnected my doorbell and kept my deposit after I paid the installer what he said the price of the job was ... he was not happy that he could not finish the work and that the work he did provide too so many visits. In addition I was promised eligibility for a $500 tax credit. CMS energy did not know of any...I need to get this resolved but i refuse to go through Emily who appointed herself the monster in charge of getting things resolve....But really just wanted to make threatening comments prevent me from speaking and lie to me about emails that she never sent. The one star is for the unit and the guys who install were very nice people.

They had someone out in under 4 hours when everyone else was claiming 5 days availability. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. The tech cleaned my drain and cleaned around him. Thank you mamba plumbing in Dearborn.

Was referred twice to this company and finally tried to get them to come out. When I called the lady that answered the phone claimed to be the one who runs the company and was unprofessional. The advertisement for the company says that it is $75 for them to snake the main drain she said that that is old advertisement and that it was $100. Also that if it is more than one drain that it would be an additional charge and that if I decide not to let them do the job it would be a charge for coming out. I asked how much that would be and that it is also advertised that they have free consultation. She then went on and on about how that is not on their Google site that she was looking at and that it was probably some very old page I was looking at. I then stated that whoever is in charge of the company needs to update all of their advertisement because it is misrepresenting their services. She then goes on to say she is not going to argue with me and that it seems like I'm getting upset and don't want them to come help me. Then proceeded to push me to call other companies to get the services I'm looking for and that she was going to cancel the order for someone to come out. There was many other things she said that was inappropriate and irrelevant for a rep or whatever she is supposed to be for the company to say to a customer. Eventually I grew tired of the inappropriate behavior and hung up. If this is supposed to be a black owned company this is a COMPLETE shame smh.

Had this company come out when my toilet overflowed and destroyed my house. They came so quick and fixed my issue and helped me figure out how to have the flooring replaced! Would use them again. Highly recommend. They also are very respectful of Covid and use mask and shoe covers.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
