We had a very good experience with Nelson Bros. We were having toilet and drain problems and they scheduled us right away. They were friendly and answered the phone immediately, gave us 30 mins notice to when they would arrive and was very considerate when they started their work. Fixed the problem regardless of how crazy it got - and was very warm and felt comfortable the whole time.

I had a pipe freeze and burst during the winter. Johnny came out the same day I called and took care of it. He was polite and professional.

Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Id just like to say Thanks to Iron pipe!! My Aunt is 92 yrs old & she needed help from her toilets to her furnence.Every time she called Iron pipe he always came & made sure she was satisfied when he left!! Not to meny companys have that kind of work ethic these days!! So Thank u!!

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.

Very good service: repaired faucet handle and cartridge for bathtub handle. Technician was skilled and knowledgeable. He explained up front the minimum issues and what would be the worst as far as cost. Lucky for me and my wallet it was just the cartridge. Overall I would gladly recommend Cregger.

I had a leaking pipe that was causing an issue with my flooring. I was pleasantly surprised about and appreciated the same day service. My service tech Isaac was great and got the job done! Isaac was very knowledgeable about his craft. He fixed my leaking toilet - an issue that another company I contacted for a quote said they couldn't do. He also cleaned up afterwards. Dearborn area

I had used the company last year and was very satisfied with their work. This time the drain was snaked out fine - I assume - but the service after that was subpar: the technician had moved the washing machine to get to the drain. He didn't move it back. But that was the least of my complaints: He left an awful mess on the basement floor - last year the technician mopped it up with one of the mops that are in the basement -and didn't even bother to pick up the roots he had pulled out, although there was a garbage can right next to the drain. And finally, he didn't close the drain back up. Since there are 3 parts to it, I'm not sure how they are supposed to be placed into the hole.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!

I worked with Brock, professional guy and even cleaned up after his self. I would recommend him. Even though, he needs to work on giving out receipts. He did good work.

The technicians were so helpful. Will be doing yearly maintenance . Great experience.
