After waiting 3 months for another plumbing company to complete sump pump work Nelson Brothers came and completed the work in less than 2 weeks and for less money than the other company quoted. We will definitely be calling on them again when we need plumbing services.

Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! Their service was absolutely amazing. My 21 year had just bought her first in Nov 21. Within 2 weeks she encountered plumbing issues, devastated we contact the owner of the Drainman plumbing. He came the same day … looked over the problem. Promised to start the work in 2 or 3. To our surprise he started as promised. The service was amazing & prompt. He went above and beyond. The best part was his final bill was a bit lower than the original price quoted.

Had three appointments to inspect a gas line, no one ever showed and when I called the office they seemed confused that I had ever had an appointment with them.
