Best Plumbing in Detroit MI

Wish I could give a worse review. He is the rudest person I have ever had the experience of working with in business. I wouldn't use him if my house was under water. This is my first bad review ever but I felt others should know of his awful service.

BUYER BEWARE - For those that may use Nelson for filming your pipes be aware that film isn't yours unless you download it and save it on your own devices. I paid extremely good money for this service and they sent video via a dropbox service. Today I heard how I should have known that drobbox only stores stuff for a short period of time.No clear expectation setting from Nelson Brothers. I spent over $800 dollars and was tapped to do repairs film indicated and intended to do as I was able. I am now able and tried to access video to no avail.Nelson had an oh well' attitude and has lost a customer who not only used this for this but also in rentals I had. Very disappointed by the lack of empathy, customer support. Buyer Beware and ask the right questions or get the best understanding you can.

The guys were mannerable .and professional. They explained each procedure when and in detail. Good service. Will request again.

I was able to have Adam and Max at my house within an hour of calling. They were professional and did a great job of repairing the leak as well as install a new shut off valve since the old one did not shut off completely. Great job!

Don’t mess around if you need anything water related repaired, this group is it. They explained everything every step; very professional and pleasant to have in our home. Good value, don’t waste your time or money with anyone else. I won’t hesitate to have them here again. Still waiting for a call back from that other group lols

We hire these guys to checkup the furnace before winter season, and the tech told us everything is ok. After 10 days, we turned on to discover the ignitor did not start immediately. We called him back, and they came the very next day and ran it for sometime and got it working again without any additional charge. They are great people!

I am a property manager and we had a leaking pipe on the 3rd floor. They came within the hour and fixed the issue right away and at a great price. I will most definitely be using them again. What a great team.

Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.
