Called early in the morning for sump pump issues. Left all the details with a very nice agent. I was called back by owner Mark to confirm job details. David and Colin were here and gone by 10:45am same day. They explained the work and price prior to completing the job. Great clean up afterword's. Very friendly and professional. I have used this company several times in the last 5 yrs and they are very consistent in great customer service. I highly recommend Plumbing Now. :)

This is an amazing company. I had a leak in my bathroom and the bathroom was flooding. Gave them a call and they were out within a few hours. Very professional, polite and helped resolve the issue. Would defiantly recommend!

I called this company to repair one of my toilets Nick came out, very professional, timely and courteous, handled the job and did not take long to repair, then I needed a 2nd toilet repaired and Josh came, again professional, timely and mannerable, he went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied for the cost of the repair. I really appreciate good customer service when the cost is expensive. I don't want to leave out Andrea who took both my calls, very good customer service answering the calls. I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!
