Had a problem with my sump pump. The worker came the same day and was able to fix the problem within a few minutes. Prompt, polite, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

Had an issue with my toilet not flushing and it turned out there was a busted pipe. Motorcity was able to get someone out the same day to diagnose the problem, and had it fixed 2 days later right before the holiday. Josh and Noah did a great job with getting it fixed and went the extra mile with helping me drain the sump pump before the storm. Would recommend this company to everyone! Thank you

He was very respectable to my house and to me. I can see that he cares about the customer getting the best service. Columbus represented Roto-Rooter with the best customer service. Thank You.
