Install a new toilet wax ring on a leaky toilet. Toilet continue to leak. So I tried to call and text Al and Demetrius numerous times. Went straight to voicemail. Never a call back and no response. So I had to pay another plumber to do the job right. What’s so interesting is that I was going to hire them to do a much larger job. I try and support my local business when I can. But when I do I get someone that’s trying to get over on people.

I like that they try to get a technician out the same day. Technician always explains everything in detail before he starts work also suggests preventative maintenance and cleans up after himself before he leaves

It was really great experience with having work done by Roto-Rooter. The guy was really help full and experienced, he finished all the work vert quickly and mainly well skilled. I was not expecting accurate time frame, but it was great he came in right time window given at the appointment time. My kitchen sink disposal was not working and he fixed it so neatly. I am looking forward to have all my home water problem to get fixed by Roto-Rooter.

Had them out to replace our old decrepit main drain. The plumbers they sent out to us were very professional. Took care of the job no problem, quickly too. Cleaned everything up nicely too, I would definitely use them again.
