I would recommend these guys to anyone, I had another company come to my house to look at my sump pump and these guys gave me a price to change my whole pump out. I called emergency plumbing and they were there 20 minutes later, they told me the float was stuck and there was nothing wrong with my pump. Calling Windsor Emergency Plumbing saved me hundreds of dollars.

Roto Rooter answered my call immediately, and got me on their schedule. I received a call an hour before the plumber was going to be at my house. The plumber arrived within the promised time window, and did a great job. This is probably the only time I've hired a plumber where I didn't have to clean up after the plumber left. He did a great job making sure he left things the way they were before he arrived. He gave lots of helpful advice on how to avoid having this problem in the future. While I think Roto Rooter costs more than some other plumbers, it was worth it to me to not have to deal with the hassle that some of them bring.

Had them out to replace our old decrepit main drain. The plumbers they sent out to us were very professional. Took care of the job no problem, quickly too. Cleaned everything up nicely too, I would definitely use them again.
