My 2nd time using Southern Mechanical plumbing. First time was for a flooded basement on New Years Eve of all days but Donald came out quickly and resolved the issue. Second time was this past Saturday to install a new hot water heater. Time he gave to arrive was 10am but he showed up a bit earlier (9:45) which was great! Installed in a timely manner and even did a follow up call to make sure hot water was running as should be. Highly recommend them. Thanks Southern Mechanical!

I have to have them out every now and then because I have roots growing into the drain pipes at the city junction under the street, city says it is my job to fix because it is at the junction and to replace it we need city permits and to have the street pulled up, so ya that would be city pricing and I am not going to do that. So I have bison come out every now and then to clean the pipe and they are normally really good on timeing and pretty quick.Also just had to have them out to help with the storm drain, guy was really good at explaining what happened and what I will want to do in the future.

The jobs was outsourced to a surburban company.... To place a toilet and a variety I was given a estimate of 1500.00 I think its because I want black and obviously Gamble doesn't care about repeat customers.. I have used Gamble at least 2 other occasions and the customer service was totally different. Very disengious and I will never call Gamble again
