Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Called and made appointment late at night for the next day. It was a Saturday morning. He was running late but texted me to let me know. Showed up and knew the problem immediately. Stayed until he was absolutely sure it wasn’t going to keep acting up. Advised to have back flow valve installed. Informed me that the City has a program to subsidize it. I’ll call them back and have them install it.
Price for a Saturday was excellent. Did not overcharge. Honest person.

Came home from Vacation late in the day to find leaking valve on city side of water meter. After having the water shut off by city I contacted Bison knowing their reputation as an honest contractor. Vern was here the next day to assess problem, gave me an estimate and the time the repairs would begin. Early the next day Ken arrived, removal and replacement of copper pipe and a total of 3 valves were complete in a couple of hours. All below the estimate Vern had given me. I will not hesitate to contact Bison for any plumbing need.ThanksRick

I used Rab Malik from Drain Man Plumbing when I did renovations to my house in Windsor. My basement was unfinished and had no rough in. They completed all the drain work and water lines to the basement washroom and replaced all the old plumbing in the rest of the house as well. They replaced bathtubs kitchen sinks, toilets, showers and many more.

Rab is a trust worthy individual especially when I live 400 km away and getting work done remotely. His and his team completed work within agreed timelines to my absolute satisfaction. I have no hesitation to hire him for another job

Their A team is good. B team isnt great. I was told Cecil was let go due to him flooding my basement , if he is still around and he arrives at your house dont let him work on your water, call a new plumber or request a different one from heaney. The two guys who actually got the job done were younger and very professional and friendly.
