If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

Very nice and friendly person. Had a problem at a rental house of mine. They came out the next day and took of it without any problems. There was even a small issue that wasnt foreseen that they fixed for me. Will definitely use them again if i ever have any plumbing needs.

Brandon and team installed a sump pump and back water valve for my older home. Very courteous and amazing worth ethic, these guys were here all day and I did not even notice them taking a break! Couldn’t get the job all done (as they have to rely on our horrible city administration to inspect our he job) in one visit but Brandon explained next steps and that they would come back when they can coordinate with city. Will always recommend Bubby’s plumbing for all plumbing needs!

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

Cregger's plumber was professional, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was respectful of our home, leaving it in the clean condition it was when he arrived. We were very pleased with the cost - very fair. And he followed COVID protocols. We couldn't be happier with this team. We heartily recommend Cregger for your plumbing needs.And, getting the service scheduled was just as professional. One call to a very pleasant scheduler got the job done. We also got a call about thirty minutes prior to the plumber's arrival. A nice touch that kept us apprised.

Owner was rude and does not understand gas pipe sizing

They made a mess in my house I'm still shocked .cost me so much money to clean up what they did to my house I had to buy print and etc that's how bad it was n they just left my house a mess.they have no cleaning supplies to clean up after themselves.levi was one of the men who came out to my house. I spoke to a women after she was nice n told me she would come clean it herself bc she couldn't believe it herself but I didnt let her to that bc I already started cleaning myself. They didnt give my money back they just said NEXT time I use them I will have 50% off I always posted some pictures of how it looked when I started to clean it . They had it wet,smelling any and everything from the drains all in my bathroom, hallway, walls, and livingroom

First, I wouldn't leave any stars but I don't have that choice. The company came out at 4:00 to replace an above ground 1 foot section of PVC. The work took less than 20 minutes. He gave us a $190 bill. When asked why it was so high he said it was to pay for his overtime. Mind you, he came out at 4pm on a Wednesday. We were not told in advance that we had to pay overtime charges. Their Yellow Page ad states they will tell a person the charge before doing the work. My husband called, talked to Tim who gave us the overtime speech again. Tim said the parts were $20 and Tim had to pay the guy to go get the parts. He did leave to get the parts. He went right to his truck that was parked in our driveway. To shut us up Tim agreed to refund $35, which he would mail to us that same day. My husband has been calling to find out if the check is in the mail. Tim claims he mailed it out but when asked what address he mailed it to he didn't know. He said he would look it up and call back. He didn't call back so my husband, Randy called him. Tim asked what our address was. Randy asked him if he mailed the check he should know the address. Tim then came up with the wrong address. Tim's exact words were This is too much bull€*_# for $35.00. According to Tim he now has to wait for the check to clear the bank, yep, the check we never received. If he DID mail it to the wrong address and someone there cashed it, not our problem. Yes, $35.00 might not seem like a lot of money to him but on my paycheck that is 3 hours I have to work. He did send us a card for 20% off of our next job. If we were to call them back, which we won't be, he would probably jack the price up 25% to give us a 20% discount. He was very unprofessional, rude and kept blowing us off. After all, his words, it is only $35. Next call to the BBB.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
