I was able to schedule easily over the phone (someone answered right away), they were able to come same day. They arrived early and were fast, clean, and extremely helpful. Fair price, if/when we flood again, will be using Nelson and Bros again.

Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

I had called a company in hazel park and they told me they didn't come to the Detroit... ain't the something.

We highly recommend this crew to anyone. I came to them while they were working on a neighbors issue. They were friendly and professional. They came in and prepped the house by covering doorways and fixtures, explained exactly what they were doing at each phase of the pipe replacement, and were quick for the big job we had for them. Once they were done, they cleaned up the mess and made sure we were happy with the results. If you want quality work at a fair price, you found the right company!

It was a pleasure dealing with Bubby’s from first to last contact. Jennifer quickly gave us appointment options that weren’t scheduled too far out, and Kyle showed up pretty close to when he promised, and completed the work efficiently and effectively. The manager Paul is very unprofessional. His customer service skills are lacking horribly. The way he spoke to the workers is inexplicable.

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

This company deserves a google review. Honestly best experience I've ever had. I was sleeping and woke up in the middle of the night to take my morning wiz and as I was walking to the bathroom all of a sudden I noticed water was coming out from the toilet so I turned off the water line and than i called mamba plumbing they came in about 30 minutes. They came and unclogged my toilet and the charged me a very low payment. I was so happy thank you mamba plumbing.

Unfortunately, I had to have some extensive pipe work done in my basement. Tru-Flo (Bob) did an amazing job and got the job done RIGHT! Everyone I spoke with including the owner of the company was trustworthy and respectful! If your looking for great plumbing service look no further!

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap
