The young man got here in less tga2 30 minutes, looked at my problem, gave me options within my budget and finished in.<1hr. He was also very nice to my 3 yr. old grandson who had an arsenal of questions.

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! Yes I would have to agree with M. Thacker TNT is very reasonable & professional. I have over 10 houses and TNT has done several plumbing services for me and I must say not once have I had any problems with their services. I have done cash and credit cards transaction's and always gotten a receipt back from TNT technician.

Had a emergency with my condo in downtown Detroit late on a Saturday night of course. I called 3 places before I came across Ron at Iron Pipe. I wish I called him first. He was the only one willing to come out and help me out. He was very friendly and easy going. Fixed my issue without any issues. He charged a reasonable amount for the time he was there and I was extremely satisfied with the service. I have his card and will be using him in the future if I ever have any more issues. This company was assigned to me by American Home Shield to inspect my furnace. The first guy that came out said there was no issue with it but it just needed a part added. It took a week for a second guy to come out and install that part; however, the second guy informed me the part was not going to help since the furnace is actually unsafe to run and I’d be putting myself and my house at risk by running it. Not only was I dealing with 2 wildly different opinions on a very serious matter but it turns out the second guy never turned his report in to this company or American Home Shield which has forced me back to square one to get this issue resolved as the weather gets increasingly colder. I’m not sure what this company cares about, but it’s definitely not taking care of its clients or providing even average service. I could not recommend this company less and would try any other options for furnace repair before relying on them.

Just had Tru-Flow at my house and they provided the best service ever, so happy I called. Had a clogged sewer line since Saturday and he got it cleared in no time. Had lots of knowledge to share.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
