Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

Mike the owner is, one of the most cordial, prompt, accommodating professionals I've had the pleasure of doing business with. In my discourse with him regarding the plumbing issue, Mike assessed the problem and proceeded to explain what was needed and how he would resolve it. I can say he's more like a doctor with great bedside manners....So if you know like I know, his kind, are few and far between. Lastly, the employee that was with him was outstanding as well.

Most important, the workmanship was grade A.

Jennifer quickly gave us appointment options that weren’t scheduled too far out, and Kyle showed up pretty close to when he promised, and completed the work efficiently and effectively. I had a issue with my Comfortmaker furnace were it wasn't producing any hot air and had a service call with Home Service Co. the service I received was beyond expectation. The Technician Mohammad Awad was quite knowledge in dealing with my issue he went through the steps on figuring out my issue and explained the steps he was taking to getting my furnace up an running . It happen to be my presure switch went bad he order the part went and got the part and installed it same day. That fix all my issues and I had heat again!!! It was definitely a pleasure in getting a knowledge tech who made sure I had the best service experience .

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!

I worked with Brock, professional guy and even cleaned up after his self. I would recommend him. Even though, he needs to work on giving out receipts. He did good work.
