Best Electrical Outlet in Denver CO

After speaking to three AC companies that did not understand the water pump AC system, I finally decided to call Done plumbing and it was the best decision I could have done. My system is not common, but the technician (I believe his name was Sean) investigated the issues rather than just pass it off. It turned out to be a rather simple fix that none of the other company technicians bother to check. Very professional, on time, great manners… this is as happy as a customer can be.

Had been with them for 6-7 years and been a member of their VIP services. Had a AC install 3 years ago and in August of 2022 the motor went out and was not under warranty. Paid to have them replace it. Now had a furnace and AC unit install after their sales guy said no frustration or surprises with their service. Decided to give them a secknd chance and that was a mistake. Their electrician was working in main panel connecting ac/furnace and even divided my dryer breaker for a couple of hours. I have a car charger in garage that was working in the morning and when the electrician left went to plug my car in and it stopped working. Called them several times to have them fix the issue, waited most of the day and they finally came at 7pm. said he didn't touch it and made assumptions without looking first. Blamed it a bad car charger plug ( not knowing that my car is only year old with brand new car plug And just had it service last month), finally went to look at main breaker and fix it, then proceeded to make sound like he did me a favor and not charge me for the service. If it was working that morning and you worked on main breaker, after you left it stopped working, says you did something, touch or move something in the breaker. They are not owning upto their poor service or their errors. Not please with how they are taking care of a loyal customer despite after having previous issues.

Kris was absolutely fantastic. He is truly professional and knowledge. While the end result is that our furnace needs to be replaced, I can be happy that I know exactly why and what my options are.Furnace replaced with Blue Sky went excellent! Loving the new unit.Also, Ben did fantastic work on our breaker box. Prompt, thorough, helpful.

The young man who came to replace my outdoor spigot was friendly, on time, courteous -- very careful with shoe covers and mask. In addition to the actual repair, he also discussed any other issues that I should consider that may arise from my particular problem. Because of his expertise, I was able to alleviate a secondary issue and could actually cancel another technician that I erroneously thought I required! KUDOS to Josh and to Golden West!

Easy to get an appointment. Eli was able to get our hot water heater running in 5 minutes, and NO CHARGE! Gave me some estimates on new hot water heater options and explained everything very thoroughly. Very professional.

Can't say enough about the fantastic service from Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric. Our tech was friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that our swamp cooler was ready for use this summer. I really appreciate how upfront he was about costs and how he provided me with the information about the service. Scheduling was also really easy and I was impressed with how quickly we were able to have our service scheduled. All around great service and great value!
