DONE PLUMBING CAN'T BE BEAT!James and Daniel came to our home for the flushing of our water heater. While here we asked if they could also install our previously purchased new faucet for the kitchen. They were able to stay and do the additional work without hesitation. A thorough inspection of the new faucet and plumbing was performed prior to installing, and our new faucet was ready to go.Our kudos to James and Daniel. I've had a few experiences now working with Tipping Hat for plumbing, heating, and electrical work. I purchased my HVAC unit and water heater from them.Ryan A. came out (Jan 2023) to handle a repair of a manufacturer defect in my new water heater. He was professional and a good conversation while we waited for the heater to drain. The repair was done quickly and covered by the warranty service Tipping Hat offered on my system.Alex investigated an AC related HVAC issue in July 2022. He gave me some suggestions to try better utilizing the equipment installed after finding no issues with the unit. The system's been healthy since the inspection. Josh M. handled the heater inspection in Feb 2023I have an older home. In 2021 I had some electrical issues in a garage that seemed wired up by a madman. Kyler came out, gave me an estimate, scheduled the work, and made sure everything went to plan.(Dec 2022) Andrei came out and fixed a broken shower that was spraying water and a leak at the household shutoff. The turnaround time from scheduling to having running water was great. Both issues were quickly resolved (and right before a holiday weekend).Their branding is on point, their service has been good when I can get a professional out. In the past their non-emergency scheduling has left something to be desired in the Denver Metro Area, but when it can't wait they'll be quick to get you in the schedule.

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter repairing a faulty shutoff valve on a Sunday. They had availability the day we called and the plumbers did a great job of explaining exactly what needed to be done and asked for our preference in what type of valve to put in. They also warranty their work for 6 months in case the repair has a problem.

Jake, the HVAC technician, was very professional and responsive. He encountered an unexpected problem, but even though he was under time pressure he got everything taken care of. He was knowledgeable and good at problem-solving.
