Best Water System in Denver CO

Shawn came over to do some work at a condo we are renovating. Initially we thought it was gonna be an easy fix. However, everything went downhill from there. Shawn spent 2 days at my place making sure everything was fixed and in working order with great attention to detail for a very reasonable price. Thank you again Shawn.

Really recommend this company!! luis and his people helped me with my broken sewer pipe. They gave me a really great price they were very carefull with my yard and left it clean and neat except they don’t replace sod but after all very satisfied!

Technician was professional and cleared clogged kitchen drain. He exceeded my expectations. Although he had to use a snake machine with a bad switch, he made the best of the situation.

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

5/5 stars for the technician who came, John - he was professional, efficient, and did a great job replacing a broken, leaking garbage disposal.

One star lost for the company due to a pricing snafu - when getting a quote, I had asked if the price included the replacement garbage disposal or if the replacement was extra on top of the quote and was told the quote included the replacement unit.

Turns out that wasn't accurate and to both our chagrin, John had to go back out to pick one up for the replacement since I didn't have one on hand - thinking that was included in the overall cost - which then became an unexpected added cost.

Definitely NOT the technician's fault and I feel he went above and beyond with the last minute need to go out and get the replacement unit and parts as I needed to get the unit swapped out ASAP.

Upon his return, within 45 minutes, John had us back up and running with a functional garbage disposal with no leaks.

If you work with Drain Terrier, ask for John - even with the snafu, if they have technicians like him employed, I'll give them another chance for my next plumbing need - but I'll be triple-checking the overall expected cost before booking again.

Omega drains is a great company that I would highly recommend. They are priced nicely and do thorough work. You don’t want to leave water to chance as a home owner because it can be costly and potentially ruin your house and/or belongings. Omega looks at your plumbing very thoroughly to ensure you do not have any underlying issues and they resolve the problems that you called for originally. I highly recommend Omega!!

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Great place to work

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

These guys were awesome! Daniel Rodriguez and Dario Sanchez were out for backed up sewer line, they both really went above and beyond to ensure the issue was taken care of. We have had other companies out before for the same issue and never received the the level of service these guys brought with them! We would definitely recommend using them, and if we ever have any issues again they will be my first phone call.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
