Best Water Pipes Break in Denver CO

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVER PRICED. I had a toilet with a slow leak. I paid Wes $300 dollars to remove the toilet (and eventual re-install) and he also provided a contact for a clean up crew. He quoted me another $650 to install a water pressure valve - I called around to get a 2nd quote which was $200 less. I informed Wes that I was going with the other plumber and asked if he would consider refunding me a portion of the $300 so he wouldn't have to come back to install the toilet. This is the text response I received from Wes. I asked you, the last time I was there, why you contacted us again? Your response...you had the best reviews! I located the reason for the toilet leak, consulted you on excessive high pressure & possible cure to prevent future water leaks. A team was sent, Disaster cleanup services, to provide assistance. Companies charge good money for genuine professional advise that was provide to you including the initial stop (free) over for island remodel, all in that $300.00. I you had some decency you would text & thank us for a $300.00 well spent and ask the person who will be doing what I recommended to do, that he reset the toilet, instead you want refund. Why am I not surprised. Needless to say I never got any money back.

Zack was amazing. I was able to receive service within an hour on a Friday evening. As a tenant I was in a tough spot. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

We called Sharon late one night after discovering an outdoor pipe had burst. He was extremely accommodating, and was able to fix our problem despite it being late in the night. Sharon was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using his company in the future!

Do not expect reasonable prices and you cannot get an estimated price in advance. They will charge you the 43 dollar trip charge and then pull out a price list with prices that are way to high. They could have just used that price list to provide an estimate over the phone and then I never would have had them come out.

Wow this company sure does respond quickly!!!!! Nice work ethic, poite, responsive, punctual! I have never had such great service with a plumbing company before. If you have a plumbing problem, call these guys. They are excellent!!!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
