Best Water Heating in Denver CO

I've spent over $12,000 with this firm over the last 3 years for plumbing repairs on my rental home. Now I live in my rental property permanently and found my new furnace has a non-standard sized air filter.I called to express my disappointment with this fact. I was civil and professional in my consumer complaint.Today I need an outside spigot replaced and I have been told by the Done Plumbing dispatcher there is a note on my file indicating they cannot do business with me.If that is the way they do business, that is fine but I would like other potential customers to know this is how they roll.In summary - from sewage obstruction to furnace repairs - it was NEVER ever a minor repair - 9k and 3k respectively.Just sayin, buyer beware.

We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.

In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.

We appreciate the fantastic, timely, professional, and reasonable services from this company and highly recommend them!

Ricky, my technician, was knowledgable, kind and helpful. He stopped my leaks, repaired the pipes and installed a hot water heater. He left everything clean and vacuumed.

Great service and quickly fixed our leaking spigot in the backyard! Reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be using them again should I have nay other plumbing concerns!

Paul was able to come help me the same day I called! He was very professional and respectful (put clean booties over his shoes every time he came in the house) I liked that he gave me the pricing up front and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Will definitely be using him for my future plumbing needs!

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Capra plumbing is fantastic. These guys are very professional and personal. Can't reccomend them enough. Service and quality of work are top notch. We had a minor emergency and Dean got us back up and running in no time with great workmanship and a friendly attitude; on a Monday morning no less.

Joshua Cluke came out and looked at my water heater, as it was having issues with the pilot light staying lite. He was very knowledgeable and provided a variety of options for how to get the problem fixed. He was very friendly and trustworthy. He took the time and answered all my questions and helped me feel confident about the choice I was making. I felt like the price was good compared to others. Definitely would recommend this company! And I would definitely recommend working with Joshua.

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

Gas hot water heater from Home Depot installation. At store Home Depot sales guy called them, set up time and payment. Went pretty quick and got next day appointment (was 7pm then). Next day installer was on time, did installation quickly and no problems. Was over in 2 hrs. Smooth and no problems. I recommend them from my experience.

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Unless you want to be overcharged...
Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

In my former job I used Denver Plumbing Consultants to renovate the plumbing in two commercial buildings, and have used them at my personal residence several times as well. I've not a seen a company more committed to providing good service, which can be especially rare for plumbers. They've always been on time and courteous.
