Pete and JT did an excellent job. I called in for some work and they were here in less than an hour. They fully explained everything they were going to do and gave me tips along the way. They had it fixed and wrapped up in less than an hour. They were also very careful and respectful of my house. They also took time to clean up when they were finished. Highly recommend.

John was extremely professional and friendly. Apparently it was his first day with Drain Terrier but you would never know. He explained everything he was doing and was able to offer a very fair price in replacing our washer hookups. He even noticed a leak in the hot water hose after he was done (unrelated to the main reason I called) and took care of that too. I will definitely use Drain Terrier again for future projects or emergencies.

We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.

In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.

Probably the worse company I have dealt with in 75 years. We called due to a sump pump failure that was creating water in the basement. Since it was an emergency we did not seek cost comparisons, etc. We did make sure the had a sump pump on the truck. The arrived late with no pump. I had a spare the used temporarily and advised the would be back the next morning first thing to put in the correct one. During the night the connection from the pump to the outside pipe failed and again we were faced with about 2 of water in the basement. They arrived around 10:45, put in the new pump, left their camera equipment by mistake and failed to put on the lid to the sump pump. For all this I was charged $ 1185.00. When I called to challenge the amount and get a breakdown I was advised they only have one price and buy by bulk so no breakdown was available. They were rude and argumentative and offer no assistance. If you are looking for someone to work for you I would avoid this company at all cost. AND THE COST ARE PLENTY!!!

So happy about this place! We had an emergency plumbing issue and called 8 companies who all told us no one was available. I called Roto Rooter and the person on the phone was so helpful and dispatched someone within 45 minutes.Cole Jensen was the tech who came out and he was WONDERFUL! He was thorough, kind and gave us options and suggestions. The water heater was the issue so he told us they were under warranty and we would likely save $$ if we had the same company who installed the water heater, come back and do the labor. He did not HAVE to do that! Many companies would have opted to take the $$. And, the service call price of $99 is less than all the other companies we called.I highly recommend dealing with this company!!!Jane Ruff

Charles did a great job with helping me figure out a plumbing issue that I had with my bathroom pipes. He responded to my call quickly and was able to replace the problem pipe in the same day. Charles is very transparent with his pricing and doesn’t try to upsell any plumbing work, which is awesome. I’m thankful I found a Friendly Plumber here in Denver.

Our shower valve was broken and there was a steady stream of water leaking into the tub. I called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Denver INC and they dispatched a technician who got the job done.

Alex was prompt and personable, wore booties and a mask. He gave me an estimate of the work required and quickly replaced one water valve and a supply line. He recommended replacing the sink faucet. Would highly recommend!

I called a few different plumbers but none of them could come because of it was too late or no one is available. When I call Mr. Bruce, he was very nice and said he is coming soon. He did come and fixed the drain. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and very professional. I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!
