We used this company to do some fixes on our townhome following some issues after our inspection. Tracey scheduled our first appointment for Friday, Oct 28 - they never arrived. Called and spoke to Tracey again .. said they'd make it right and come first thing Saturday morning - never arrived. I called at 1pm (Oct 29) to ask if they intended to come at any point during the day. Got a “oh so sorry we’ll get you taken care of” comment. When they finally arrived, they gave us two quotes for two separate issues: $250 for cleaning main drain and $125 for a new PRV & pressure check. Set an apt for them to come back to complete the two fixes for Fri, Nov 4. Ben and Gary came out, fixed the two issues and then charged us $750. Not at all what was agreed upon. We also have never received the report we asked for to show the items were fixed. Nor have we received a video that shows the clear drain, which we explicitly asked for. Company does not appear responsive to the needs of the clients. Very, very disappointed and will not use them again.

Very pleased with my overall experience with this company. The price was fair, response time very good and most importantly Nathan and his team worked with me to ensure everything was done 100 percent to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Prime Plumbing & Heating.

My experience with Around the Clog was a very positive one. I described the issue I was having with the toilet, which was a very slow and difficult to diagnose/correct leak. They suggested a few potential fixes, but I decided it was time to get an expert in to fix it. She told me about the service charge, and I received a confirmation email with the time estimate when Mike would arrive. Everything went as described, and Mike was able to identify and fix the leak. I paid a fair amount for the replacement parts, as well as the service charge. I am quite satisfied with the end result, and would recommend this company.

I called when they opened and had a plumber at my door two hours later. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Cliff was very through, and explained what the issue was in detail and gave helpful tips to prevent future problems. You can't beat the pricing, and service is outstanding. These guys get an A+ in my book!

The technicians, Tom and Jermaine, that fixed my kitchen sink drain were excellent and professional. Much appreciate their efforts. However, the price wasn’t cheap and their scheduling and dispatching have issues.

Fast response to a plumbing emergency. Good service and communication during the initial problem. We ended up needing over a week of service for multiple problems. The excavation team and supervisor was pretty bad with ongoing communication throughout the service, they said they would come the next day (a Friday), and I moved my work and kids schedule around to be home and they never showed up, no call, nothing. We didn't see them back until Tuesday. Seemed on the pricey side, and a little like they were taking advantage of our situation to give us a high price. Despite that, all employees except one we worked with were prompt, friendly and felt safe since I have small children around. Glad they are open 24hrs and on weekends, as our initial flooding was 6pm on Easter Sunday!

This company is a straight shooter. Won’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Super respectful as well. Will be returning for any future needs

Bruce was an absolute delight to work with! Even though he had to come to the middle of nowhere to service our house, he was kind, professional, fairly priced, and got the job done!! 100% recommend!!

The evening of 2/14/2021 our furnace stopped working- the coldest day of the year (-10 !). We survived the evening but called 1st thing in the morning and they were able to send a tech out within 2 hours. Travis was the tech who came out. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly identified the problem (a high limit switch), put in a used part while he ran to the warehouse to get new part so our house would start to warm up, then returned and completed the repair.
I appreciate that Travis took extra time to explain that the MERV11 filters I were using were too restrictive for the furnace we have and had caused the issue with the high limit switch. He advised on the proper filter and left the area where he worked as clean as when he arrived. Additionally, the total cost of the repair was VERY reasonable and way less than I expected.
I would not hesitate to use AAARK again or recommend them to family and friends. I found out that Travis had given up his day off to come and work this day because of the backlog of service calls. My family and I are thankful for his sacrifice on this cold February day!

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!
