The boiler in the property was quite old. Naturally, on one of the coldest days of the year, the boiler decided to quit working. I spent an hour calling essentially twenty different companies before speaking with Jessica at Prime. She was able to get Nate to come to our house the following morning, where he fixed the boiler. He also gave us a very reasonable quote for the boiler replacement.

I have a leak in a basement and calling this company was such a mistake. They overcharged me $350 for the Detecting a problem which was just making extra holes in my walls to find out what was going on, where Im not a professional, but I already knew where to look for a problem. $350 for making holes in my drywall!!!! They didn't wear shoe cover! After the problem was detected (they didn't even opened it fully just were able to see it from around 3 feet away with the flashlight) the estimate came out like 10 times more then any other company I shopped around after I got rid of Roto-Rooter finally. Not recommended !!!!! Go with local companies, this company seems just want to take an advantage of you!

Had a plumber come out to clear our toilets at the business I manage. When he showed up he took the toilet out and set it aside, then let me know he hadn't brought the proper equipment and that he would be back first thing in the morning. The next morning he did not show up and I still had a toilet that wasn't attached to the ground. For the entire day he did not show up or answer my calls. I then had to call another plumber to come in and fix what he had started. Lo and behold this guy had the equipment he needed on him (said he always has it on him) to take care of our situation. Save a headache and call $99 rooter.

We had to urgently call a plumber after a pipe burst in our basement. After calling multiple companies who said that they could not come out until the next day or later we found After Hours Plumbing and Drainage Services. Bruce came out within two hours in the evening on a Monday. He found and repaired the leak promptly and gave us suggestions on water restoration companies. The price was steep but it was also an emergency visit during a busy time.

This is the second time we have had Aaark come out for a service (first for A/C, this time for furnace repair.) Their technician Chad got here early, was super efficient in diagnosing the issue, got our furnace back up and running quickly, and was super friendly to boot! I also appreciate that he practiced safe covid protocol and wore his mask at all times while inside. Would definitely recommend Aaark as they have been great both times we have needed them, and I feel their pricing is also very fair!
