Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Great job, great price. I've never used rotorooter before and honestly I'm surprised because normally every 'big name' plumbing or hvac place I've dealt with was overpriced and incompetent. I'm glad I trusted the positive reviews here because RotoRooter was fantastic. The person who showed up was clearly a master plumber with vast experience, he gave us great advice about our water heater which was leaking and near the end of its life. He was patient with our request for more information, changed the type of water heater as we requested, and did a complicated install of a tankless heater on time. He even arranged his process differently than he had originally intended to make sure that we wouldn't have to go without hot water overnight.And, all of this was less than the price that home depot quoted for installing a tankless heater. The only slight difficulty was in calling, the call goes to a 800 number so it's an extra step if you are trying to reach a specific person, but it didn't take much longer and totally worth it for a great service at a great price.

Kevin did a great job explaining what needed to be done to fix the problem. He was very efficient, kind, and made good suggestions as to help the issue with the drain. Great service!

The water main in my house sprung a small leak behind a built in cabinet. I had a technician at my house in less than an hour and even though he had to squeeze into the tight space was able to make a world class repair in no time.

I have used them at my place of business for years and they really came through at my home. They are timely, professional and honest.
