Generally, I've had good experiences with Done. That's why I always call them for my plumbing problems. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was not so good. About a month ago, they came out to clear a clog in my newly remodeled basement bathroom. The tech offered to do a simple snake procedure for $99 or an over $300 one, if needed. Of course, I opted for the less expensive one, especially when he came upstairs less than an hour later and told me it was cleared. What he failed to tell me was that it was possible it just moved and could still cause problems later if it didn't pay the higher amount and make sure to snake the main line through to the street. Now, about a month later, that's exactly what happened, and I have thousands of dollars in sewer water damage in my freshly remodeled basement. After calling and complaining about the situation, we were informed that's it's our responsibility as the home owner to make that choice to front. I find it interesting that I can't count on a professional company to inform me of the risks of going the less expensive route, instead of simply telling me the clog was cleared. I'm not a plumber. That's why I called a plumbing company to help. How would I have known what could happen? I guess I shouldn't continue to call or recommend Done Plumbing anymore.

During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. No other company could have seen us that same day. He was very professional and thorough. Best of all, he was very affordable! I would recommend him to anyone!

I needed a drain fixed immediately and they came same day even though they were very busy! It was apparent they cared about helping us. They were extremely friendly and got the job done! There was no emergency fees or extra cost even though it was an emergency on a Sunday. We will definitely call them in the future for our plumbing needs!!!

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Park hill plumbers did a great job! I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

I was so happy to be connected to this company!! I was previously told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my entire sewer line. I thought something was fishy so I had Better Plumbing come to inspect the lines. The $135 fee was more than worth it. The technician did a camera view of the line and there were NO cracks and breaks that the other company (Plumbline) said were there. Plumbline quoted me over $12,000!! So, to say the $135 was worth it is quite the understatement. All the technicians from Better Plumbing were more than nice and informational. They gave me 2 camera pictures of my lines immediately. Something the original company never did. Don't be taken advantage of!! Get this second opinion. There are companies out there that will do anything to get your money. I had my lines Hydro Flushed through Better Plumbing and my lines are next to new. This all cost me $635!! They also wrote a statement that there is nothing wrong with my lines. Plumbline tried to scare me to get this done immediately or my sewer would overflow..... Unbelievable! Watch out for wolves.....

We had a great experience with Tipping hat. Not only was the salesman, Landon, experienced but was friendly and helpful when it came to financing. Having just bought out house and quickly needing a new furnace and air conditioner (the joys of being a homeowner), the owners of tipping hat were able to help facilitate the best option for us. On day of install, we met Austin, who not only volunteered to work on his normal day off but was extremely professional, kind, efficient and clean in his work. Austin was aware of his surrounding with my kids and dogs, who of course just were curious, and he was very responsive to them. We also had Romeo on the install who was also extremely kind and efficient and clean with his work. We greatly appreciate the efforts and communications we received from this company. Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

We bought our house just over a month ago, and during the inspection, some things came up that were not up to code. So the selling realtor set up an estimate with Elite Rooter. The quote came back at $500, and it was in our contract the original owner was not responsible for the repairs. After closing, we decided to have Elite Rooter to come out and do the repairs to bring things up to code. Gabriel showed up almost 2 hours late with another guy and they did a walk through. They then stated that the work was going to be over $3,000 and could not explain why it was no longer $500. We decided to go ahead because it needed the work to be done and they stated that they required a 50% deposit before they could start the work. Gabriel then stated that he had another job to go to and someone else would be here within a couple of hours. If he was scheduled for our job, why did he have to leave so soon. Almost 4 hours later, still no technician, so I called and cancelled the job, it was getting late and they could not guarantee that the job would be completed the same day, and that was the only time we could be home for the work. I was told they could not refund my card and would have to wait for a check in the mail. 2 weeks later, still no check, so I called, and they stated that the check was made out to the realtor instead of me, but they would fix it. Another week later, still no check, I called again and they stated that the check just now got signed and would be sent out. When I confirmed the name on the check, it was still the name of the realtor. There was no record of my name anywhere, even though I have called countless times. I finally spoke to a manager and she said she would resolve the issue and a check will be sent out today. We will see. If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this company at all

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
