My parents were told they needed a new furnace and would be 8,000. So I had to fly out and see what was going on with it. It’s not an old furnace. Iv been working in hvac for over 28 years. Flew out to Colorado and took a look at it and all it needed was a new motor. Very poor business just wanting to make more money rather then fixing what is really wrong. And to old people that they know dose not have that kind of money. And I will not stop here to let everyone know how poor this company really is. Or that they have service workers that have no clue what they are doing. Good thing my parents have kids that won’t let them get ripped off by these kind of companies.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Golden West was simply great. Our indirect water heater was leaking badly and they scheduled me for the next day but ended up making it out there day of, replacing the water heater and multiple other outdated pumps and incorrectly installed pieces. Andy Explained each part of the estimate and stayed past 5:45 to finish the job and walk me through each of the components and how to work the valves and temperature settings on the indirect water heater.
