Fred and Paul were refreshingly polite and professional while performing maintenance for my home. They explained everything very clearly for me and were very thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did and the overall experience was great.

Called them out for their $80 special to clean our main line. “Technician” was here for 5-10 minutes and determined that we would need to pay an additional $300 to pull our toilet. Once we denied that, he said we would be charged a $50 dispatch fee which we were not told about. We denied that charge as well because we were not told that. “Technician” did not try very hard to find a way into our main line and wanted to try and get more money out of us. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Brendan was super nice, honest and even cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased to say that we have AC! We called Golden after being told that we would have to spend 13-20k to have a new system installed. Instead of trying to sell us on something that we didn’t need he fixed the problem without replacing the entire system. Yayyyyyy!
