I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

I would use TCF for small emergency plumbing issues, but not for anything else.
They ended up having to come back and dig up the work they did because they did not pull a permit for the work - we only found out because another contractor hired to work on a different section of our basement told us they couldn't start work unless the previous work had passed inspection (for liability reasons). When we asked TCF for the permit, they tried to give us a million excuses, telling us they didn't need it, that they could submit the permit with photos, and that they were friends with the inspector. Inspector had no idea who these people even were and photos did not suffice. They worked with us to solve the issue, but the fact that they didn't know the code and tried to gaslight us out of a permit was really sketchy.

King Rooter did a great job installing our new water service line. The work was a bit messier than described, but we are satisfied with the end result.

We hired Elite Rooter to come to our home for what appeared to be a minor plumbing issue. They exaggerated the problem and recommended adding several services that after multiple additional professional opinions by other plumbers, were absolutely unnecessary and unreasonable. Do yourself a favor and call someone else for any needs or help with your plumbing.

Had a tech come out to clean the sewer line. It went well. He sent another tech out to do a camera scope. 2nd tech told me one of the bolts holding the toilet down was broken and he didn't have one with him, so I should go to the Lowes and buy one myself... he said the wax ring was probably still making seal. Turns out it wasn't sealed and it took two days to get somebody out again. They will make it right eventually but don't plan your day around their time windows. They're always late.
