I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

If you need a plumber, look no further! Give Thomas a call, he is professional, thorough, and does fantastic work. I was having an issue where the TPR valve on my water heater kept popping off. I originally thought that it was just faulty, so I replaced it, but it continued to pop off intermittently. Well Thomas came over, did some diag and determined that I needed an expansion tank to resolve this issue. He fixed it the same day after a quick parts run and now I should be leak free. I will definitely be using TCF for any future repairs that I can’t handle myself. Keep up the good work Thomas!

King Rooter ended up being our choice for a plumbing and sewer line issue in our home. This was because they were one of only a few vendors in town who offer epoxy lining replacement as opposed to the invasive trenching and having our basement walls torn up, as suggested by other companies.

King Rooter did amazing work that has had us up and running again for over a month with no problems. The only reason I have given a 4/5 rating overall is because there were issues coordinating the time slot and days for the work to take place. Otherwise, King Rooter was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate being up and running again without having to tear up our basement.

Service was very professional and thorough, better that I've received from other plumbers. Josh investigated the situation, listened to my observations, explained everything he was doing in detail, and tested our sewer line thoroughly at the end. Only issues I had were that service didn't start until several hours after the window I was given due to overscheduling, although they were good at giving me periodic updates, and price was higher than I was expecting, based on experiences with other plumbers, but as I mentioned, service was thorough.

Roto-Rooter was so responsive and helpful! From the beginning, everyone I spoke with was very nice. I had water leaking from the upstairs guest bathroom through the ceiling into the kitchen. They were at my house within an hour. Kacee Harrigfeld listened to my concerns, assessed what was going on, and was able to determine the issue immediately. He walked me through what was happening, what my options were, and the best course of action from there. Within a couple of hours he had everything fixed and looking as good (if not better) than before! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future when I update my water heater.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).
