I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Thomas is great! He was very patient and understanding in dealing with me and my issue. And willing to come help me on short notice. He even took the time to help me understand the repair and how I might resolve a similar issue in the future, as I was interested. He is very personable and polite, and it's clear that he genuinely enjoys helping people out. Can't say enough good things.

I found King Rooter and Plumbing through Home Adviser and was very pleased with the service. Al was courteous, on time and did the job quickly and expertly. The price was reasonable and we are happy with the work.

So fast to make it to my house after sewer line backed up. Took some time to get the job done once here because it was in a challenging spot. Coming out tomorrow to get the repair and cleanup work done on my insurance claim, the very next day! Super impressed with everything and would not use anyone else in the future.

I wanted a submeter installed so I contacted them. The tech showed up at my house for an estimate. He was very polite and soft-spoken.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

Called a few different plumbers and Jim Needham stood out. Their price for the work was reasonable despite coming out on a Saturday (they were 1/3 of the cost quoted to me by another plumber).The technician that came out, Jerid, was also helpful, friendly, and professional. I felt like he was trying to help me solve my problem, rather than seeing my issue as a money making opportunity like the other two plumbers.He got the work done same day and I’ll be calling him again for any future work.

We bought our house just over a month ago, and during the inspection, some things came up that were not up to code. So the selling realtor set up an estimate with Elite Rooter. The quote came back at $500, and it was in our contract the original owner was not responsible for the repairs. After closing, we decided to have Elite Rooter to come out and do the repairs to bring things up to code. Gabriel showed up almost 2 hours late with another guy and they did a walk through. They then stated that the work was going to be over $3,000 and could not explain why it was no longer $500. We decided to go ahead because it needed the work to be done and they stated that they required a 50% deposit before they could start the work. Gabriel then stated that he had another job to go to and someone else would be here within a couple of hours. If he was scheduled for our job, why did he have to leave so soon. Almost 4 hours later, still no technician, so I called and cancelled the job, it was getting late and they could not guarantee that the job would be completed the same day, and that was the only time we could be home for the work. I was told they could not refund my card and would have to wait for a check in the mail. 2 weeks later, still no check, so I called, and they stated that the check was made out to the realtor instead of me, but they would fix it. Another week later, still no check, I called again and they stated that the check just now got signed and would be sent out. When I confirmed the name on the check, it was still the name of the realtor. There was no record of my name anywhere, even though I have called countless times. I finally spoke to a manager and she said she would resolve the issue and a check will be sent out today. We will see. If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this company at all

Called on Sunday night. Got there with 30 minutes and had my plumbing emergency sorted within a couple of hours. Nick was friendly and respectful and talked me through everything he needed to do.

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

Will never use their service. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor by providing me service.
