When my pipes backed up, I expected the usual, everything sucked out and ready to go with the usual caveat that the old pipes would eventually be salvageable, the roots would win, and updated pipes would need to be installed. Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Called Roto Rooter with a Saturday night plumbing emergency and they were able to have repairmen there within the hour! Caleb and Marvin were outstanding with their level of service, their demeanor, and their approach to the uncomfortable situation of having guests at the house while they were their working on an emergency plumbing situation for us late on a Saturday night! And the job was done faster than expected, they cleaned up impeccably well, and could not have been nicer guys, especially considering the nature of the call. Could not have been happier with my first Roto Rooter experience!

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

Will never use their service. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor by providing me service.
