I was told they would be at my house between 1 and 5 p.m. I took the afternoon off work. At 2:17 p.m. I received a call telling me I was next and the service person would call me when they were 30 minutes away. At 5:00 p.m. “John” called and said he was on his way and was one hour out. What a disappointment. There were many more things I would have enjoyed doing when taking a day off, than waiting for someone who never came.

I'm a huge fan of JD's Plumbing and have had nothing but completely positive experiences so far. As a homeowner in Louisville, I've benefited from their reliability - Tony has been fantastic addressing concerns. He's a problem-solver and has repaired a few issues for us. As a Realtor, I've referred them to clients (who have been VERY happy) from Boulder to Denver to Littleton for a number of different services, though I've also relied on them as experts I can call to assess potential concerns after inspections. I know people often base their reviews off cost, but my experience is that JD's Plumbing Service is reasonable and competitive. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I want results, reliability and responsiveness and feel like I get that every single time. I highly recommend them!!

Todd won my business from the get-go. I did call a few other plumbers prior but none compared. Todd installed a better water heater for less money. No nickel and dime extra this and that. He stuck to the price he quoted over the phone even when some extra work was needed.

I had the city of Arvada's electrical inspector come in and under cut me with a fly by night electrician that did not do a complete job and nor to code.. Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
