We have been having issues with our furnace overheating and called another company first (a $1400 mistake). We tried Tipping Hat because we saw they were well reviewed and thought their prices might be more reasonable. We were BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the service. They really worked to find the root cause of the issue and fix it for much less than we were expecting. Our furnace has never worked better. If you're on the fence, pick these guys. You won't regret it. We'll be using them for all our HVAC, electric, and plumbing from now on. Great company!

The crew showed up on time. After explaining the job, they worked until they took care of the problem.

Tried calling them out to repair water leaking from furnace. They charged us a ridiculous amount for some refrigerant and then said it would be a 5- 6 hour job and cost over 4 grand. I had someone else come look at it and they found a minor leak at the suction schrader core valve and corrected the downward pitch slope to the drain from the condensate line. Cost just over $300.Absolutely horrible experience and I would never recommend.

The young man who came to replace my outdoor spigot was friendly, on time, courteous -- very careful with shoe covers and mask. In addition to the actual repair, he also discussed any other issues that I should consider that may arise from my particular problem. Because of his expertise, I was able to alleviate a secondary issue and could actually cancel another technician that I erroneously thought I required! KUDOS to Josh and to Golden West!
