We’ve used Blue Sky a few times, and will continue to do so. They’re more expensive, but for us the peace of mind is worth it. They’ve always been very responsive, and the techs are great. Peyton and Marty and the 3rd guy (sorry, forgot) were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We will continue to call Blue Sky first for our plumbing and electrical needs.

Andy was great. He came very quickly after we woke up to a leaking upstairs HVAC. He diagnosed the problem and helped solve it the least expensive way knowing we were on a tight budget. He then went on to explain what he was doing and what to look out for in the future. The work was done well and it was a pleasure getting to know him.

I think the most important thing for me that I appreciatedwas the transparency and quick responsiveness.I had a water heater go out and sent out a Yelp projectmessage to about 8 different nearby plumbingcompanies. Two never responded and five all wanted tocharge me for a water heater replacement before evencoming to my property and evaluating my unit.The water heater did have to be replaced, it was 11th areold but Nolan did his best to get it lighted and service itbefore we had to go the more expensive route.I was updated every step of the way and the tech wascourteous and worked quickly. He gave me peace of mindand also made sure to explain and breakdown everythingthat was being done.Awesome plumbing company I'll be keeping in my backpocket should I ever need them again!

I used doctor fixit Mike the sales man told me he didn't care about the air conditioning not working right he said that he won't fix it. The new unit runs for 12 hours straight does not turn off for one degree I would never use them and I'm telling everyone not to use them they are not in it to help you they just want your money. They don't care after they install it the house still stays hot and Mike is very rude and if you call there office no one can help. They come instill take your money and leave thats there model. Do your research before using this company. My name is Jason and i spent 25,000 on this they are the worst company go through tipping hat the people there listen to your problem and would do it right thing. I wish i could turn back time. If you use doctor fixit good luck say good by to service and getting the right unit for your house horrible company. Walk away from them as fast as possible. They know how to sell you on the roungh thing injoy your hi electric bill and have a hot house. Mike is the worst sales man told me i know nothing and i was stupid but my house is still hot.
