7 am toilet issue! Arrived promptly. Fixed the toilet in a snap! Gave me a good quote on my kithchen sink replacement. Gave a host of good tips for the house as the house was vacant for years before i moved in. This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. They were able to get onsite in about an hour and were extremley nice and profesional. We had sewer water coming out of the floor drain (ew). They were able to get everything fixed in a timley manner AND they cleaned and disifected the entire bathroom and utility closet. You can't even tell or smell the fact we had a sewer flood. I will never use a diffrent plumber.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Needless to say, those rated this highly are in great demand, yet Wes was willing and able to work us into his busy schedule to complete a relatively small job. They came promptly at the end of an already-long work day, evaluated our situation, provided us with an estimate, and, when we accepted, they did the job on the spot! We appreciated and enjoyed the fact that Wes explained every step of the process, and taught us the proper way to start up the sprinkler system. While here, Wes and Kevin also verified that our overall water pressure was within acceptable limits. The work was done professionally, efficiently, at an extremely reasonable cost, and, when finished, cleanup was immaculate. We'll be using Adams Plumbing for all of our future needs, and just wish we had discovered Wes sooner!

Hot water heater went out over Memorial Day weekend 2019. Texted them through their website on Sunday morning around 8:45 am. Doug was at my residence 15 minutes later. Problem was solved 20 minutes after that. Awesome service. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Doug!

Kathi and Taiwana were both very pleasant on the phone. Kathi got us set up right away with Michael. Michael was out the next day at the expected time. He looked over our situation thoroughly and checked everything out. While there he noticed that the water heater was due to be changed and reminded us of that. He was never pushy and never rude , and easy to get along with. He was knowledgeable and his work was quality work. He was detailed in his explanation of what could be done and gave us many options, indicating the price of each option.He finished the work in 2 days. Explained everything as he went and gave us maintenance instructions. He also cleaned up after himself. We will always call Michael for our plumbing needs now. He was a pleasure to work with. We felt the cost was fair for the scope of the work.

I called for service on my boiler and the person that booked the appointment didn't ask about the age of the boiler so when the tech arrived he said my boiler was too old and the company doesn't work on boilers older than 30 years. I was charged the $98 for something that could have been told me on the phone and not had the tech come out for something they can't even touch. Of course, they said they can replace it and it would be around $30,000 simply absurd.
