Justin replaced the light fixture in the shower. He did a fantastic job & let me know what he found and how he proposed to correct it. So pleased with the results. Great job!!

Brandon came to my home, walked thru the house, gave me a quote, and talked through all the possibilities including externalities. They were able to work around the fact my AC is on the roof with no access. Day of service, they were on time and took about 6 hours total to install the new unit. They were legit (pulled a permit). They left the house clean when they finished up. Everyone was friendly and everyone was able to answer questions or get an answer quickly. All around great service throughout.

Dont pay attention to any bad reviews, this company is great! We had an emergency pipe leak and it was handled in the best way possible from all staff members including overnight/after hours.We will always be returning to Plumb Line Services for any needs or emergencies we may have in the future. The technician who came out to do the repair (Brian McMahan) was 5/5. On time, professional, explained everything very thoroughly from issue, repair, and pricing.Choose these guy, and ladies before looking elsewhere for services.

Jason was fantastic. He showed up on time and was friendly, professional and efficient. He gave a very thorough explanation of what the problem was and a list of options. We never felt pressured into choosing the most costly repair option. We will definitely be using Golden West again and will be requesting Jason back in the future!
