We made the appointment last Friday, non emergency and we had an appointment for Monday morning. We were Clyde’s first clients at 7 am. He called 1/2 hour before to inform us when he would be here.He was professional, friendly, years of experience and informative regarding what we needed and services offered by Done.He took care of the plumbing needs that we needed in order to have a new fridge water line and for ice.He also replaced new shutoff valves under sink, to replace old school types. We needed a new shutoff valve for new dishwasher. We would have him back for plumbing in a heartbeat when needed in the future. Thanks Done and Clyde.

We contacted Tipping Hat after a larger plumbing company gave us a run-around on our appointment time.Seth arrived late afternoon on a Saturday, diagnosed the issue with our kitchen drain, and quickly repaired it. All while we were out of town with a house-sitter coordinating the work and for a very fair price. He did an awesome job communicating with me through the process.We have a couple much larger plumbing projects to tackle, and will call Tipping Hat to handle these knowing they price their services fairly and are prompt.

Matt was super nice, treated me like I was a competent owner and was thorough on evaluating my HVAC system. Minor issue with filters; so that was nice to not have an expensive trip fee. Definitely looking into getting their VIP package for the summer!

The hot water heater started leaking, therefore, I contacted Blu Sky Plumbing. The Plumbing Technician James King came within an hour and shortly after, the hot water heater was replaced. James walked us through the process and ensured we paid a reasonable price. In addition, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you James and Blu Sky!

I called the owner who listened to my water heater problems and we decided a new heater was needed. He was able to send a plumber on Saturday to install it but when his plumber got here, he noticed another part which he suspected may be the culprit. He could’ve kept this from me and proceeded to install the new heater for 7x the cost of replacing these parts but had this guy had the integrity to shoot straight instead. When done there was a small leak which he had to make a trip to get special parts for, yet didn’t charge more for this extra hour of work on a Saturday. Very happy!

Will LeGrand came out to our office to check a few issues we were having with multiple sinks. He was friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly. Scheduling was quick and easy. Would recommend!

This father & son team are great. When my hot water heater was broken; water all over the floor around 10pm, I called multiple plumbing services that stated 24/7 but no responsiveness and availability. Just before giving up I saw Simpson Home Services and called and Charlie answered right away and even FaceTime me to help me shut off the water valve. God lead me to this great service, they came in the snow storm November 26th and replaced my hot water heater and even talked to my home warranty people. Charlie even cleaned up the water on the floor. I will use them again and will recommend the to all my nursing team. Thanks again, you all are great!

Julio arrived on time and performed a complete heating system check. He was thoroughly professional and left no mess. He went over the all details of the inspection and explained all that he found. He answered all my questions about the furnace's operation. I would definitely use them again.

Update - Time's owner, Brad Apple, reached out to me by email and by phone. He apologized for the technician not doing a pressure check on the system, and for the long delay on the invoice and diagnosis. He told me that Time is a family business (not a chain) and has been in business for 40 years in the Denver area. He was very respectful and clearly upset that things happened the way that they did. I understand that mistakes can be made, and people are human, and don't want to make a business suffer that clearly has majority good reviews and has been around for a long time (and wouldn't be if my experience were standard). Brad offered to fully refund the charges. I am leaving the original review intact below, but wanted to make this update to indicate that mistakes can be made and amends can also be made. I have also changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars to make it neutral.

I have an under powered AC that has struggled with overcoming higher heat over the years and thought I may have a coolant leak. I had been told in years prior by other HVAC vendors that I had a small coolant leak and paid for recharges. I asked Time to take a look at my system for this year's service, and was told on a Friday that I had a significant leak and I needed either a major $3K repair, or replace the outside unit for $6k (with purchase of coolant), or the entire system for $8K (which would include the coolant). I did not receive an invoice with a detailed explanation of the repair so I could compare costs with other HVAC companies until 11 DAYS LATER, after repeated calls requesting the invoice and diagnostic explanation. This was during consistent over 90 degree weather, and the AC keeping the house in the upper 70s and low 80s A friend recommended another HVAC person to me, and he tested the pressure and said it was actually a little over pressure, and there was no leak!! He did say that there was some coolant on the outside of the unit by the valves but that was likely due to previous shoddy work. He explained that my AC system was too small for my home, and that is the reason it struggles, not that there was a leak. He recommended either replacing the system with a higher tonnage (more powerful), or, just do a better job of finding other ways to cut down on the sun's heat, like better blinds and UV+heat blocking window film. Finally, an honest evaluation. Oh, and he said that $8k for entire new system was about $3k too much, and that he could do a basic complete system for $5k. Do not use Time!!!
