I needed a toilet fixed on Labor Day. I called expecting someone to respond after the holiday. They not only answered the phone (happily) when I called, but sent Dallas the same day in about an hour after I called. Nice knowledgeable guy who got the job done. My only complaint is the price of parts, but that's not their fault.

The technicians that installed the equipment were very diligent. I would recommend them again.Update: changed from 4-star to 2-star. Compressor does not come on. Technician STEVEN (he gets 5 star). Came out and told us that they installed the unit way to close to the fence. There was also a coolent leak causing unit to shut down. Now it’s wait-and-see when they can come out and fix the problems.

Josh Boca did an awesome job! He was very considerate and covered his shoes, very polite and really did a great job of listening to my ramblings. He worked very efficiently and was upfront about the condition of my furnace. Even though I was putting a new thermostat on an older furnace and wasn't familiar with my set up, he was quick to call and ask for advice to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Great attitude, will definitely call on him again.

This is an overdue review but so happy with the work and service the guys at AAARK provided for us. Me and my husband were looking to convert a basement closet space to a second bathroom and after months of searching, knew we ended up with the right guys after meeting them. They dug up concrete, installed an ejector pit and got all the water lines running for the second bathroom. I also sprung for the warranty and maintenance check and there were a few things along the way they would point out and make other recommendations for which was helpful. Overall, super happy!

I came home on a cold night in February to find out that my furnace wasn’t working. It was 5:30 at night, so I had to call a company who was open after hours. I looked at the reviews and saw that Golden West had great reviews. Well, they exceeded my expectations. It started with Sarah, who answered the phone. So friendly and helpful. Then within an hour Carlos came to the door. He was amazing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything so I could understand what was going on. It was a simple problem and a lot of companies would try to tell you more is wrong than there really was. Not Carlos. I will use Golden West again if needed and I will definitely ask for Carlos.Thank you for everything!

We used Time plumbing once before and we liked them, so decided to contact them again when our water main broke. This time we were told they would come by the next day between 10-2 and no one ever showed up or called. When I called to look into what happened, I was told they were busy and running behind, and they couldn't get to us today. I get that they're busy, but so are we. I expect a phone call when someone is running late and I don't think that's too much to ask. Not going with them again. We'll find another plumber..... There's no shortage.
