I am always satisfied with Done's service and Techs. They are always courteous and explain what they are doing. I like that they make helpful recommendations taking care of my furnace and plumbing. They tell you the expected price and in the past have helped me in getting financing for a serious plumbing problem. Job was to replace the large wastewater-to-sewer line under the basement floor. A courteous and competent crew worked carefully and systematically: breaking concrete, excavating and removing the damaged pipe, installing the new pipe and connecting all the branches, filling the trench and pouring new concrete.This full-day job was completed with no mess and much less disruption to the household routine than I had anticipated.

Ben was very courteous and professional. He called in advance to confirm his arrival time. He was patient to listen, diagnosis, offer repair suggestion with estimate cost, and make repair the repair same day. He was Covid-19 safe. I felt very comfortable with his demeanor and completed work.

We have been pleased with Blue Sky since the beginning when the rep came by with some good suggestions for us. We were very pleased with the install process. Omar and Mason were always professional and hard working as the worked throughout our home and they cleaned up each evening. The weather has been cool and damp since the install so we have not needed to use the equipment yet but have every faith that all will work well.

Our furnace was blowing cold air, and I called Dr. Fix It as they came recommended from another unit owner in our community. A tech was able to come out just a few days later and on time, so we certainly appreciate that. The tech could not identify the issue, however, and quoted us over $2,000.00 just to tell us what the problem was. What followed was a recommendation to get the furnace replaced (anywhere from $5k-$12k...for a 900 sqft home), so I wanted a second opinion.Another company came out and was unable to even turn on the furnace which was strange because it was running fine before (blowing cold air, but running...). Turns out the Dr. Fix It tech disconnected all the wiring inside the furnace. (Why? I have NO idea.) In about 2 minutes, the new company was able to diagnose the issue to a faulty ignitor. There was a small bend in the ignitor, and for that reason, the furnace wasn't heating. Easy peasy. The ignitor was replaced, and I paid a few hundred bucks. I am so disappointed that Dr. Fix It couldn't even diagnose the issue and wanted to charge me over $2,000.00 to tell me what was wrong with the furnace. Sure, you expect any repairman to say, Yup, this is your problem, but you should really consider doing this...or getting a new that... While our furnace is dated and could probably use some repairs/maintenance, this was completely outrageous to suggest we replace the entire furnace when fixing the actual issue we were having was so minor.Updated my review to 1-star. Doctor Fix It called me to see if their tech gave me 5-star service, and when I explained what the tech did, all they said was, Oh. Sorry. Is there anything else I can help you with?

I have been using Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric for several years now, and have never been disappointed with the work they do. I recently had a lot of work done by Chad Cooper, and in a time when finding a proficient and personable electrician seems to be impossible, Chad far outshined all expectations on both fronts.
