Our sump pump went out during a heavy rainfall and Done was here quickly before more rain fell to fix the issue. James T. was great and installed the new sump pump better than the builder. Thanks for all you help and wonderful service!

This is complaint about the plumbing industry in general and the price of the work in particular. You cannot get any idea of a general price unless a tech comes out to your property which, of course involves a trip charge. Once there you get your estimate, if you don't like it, well there is your trip charge and you've just added it to the next person who you try to get an estimate from, you are a bit of a hostage. I am asking for an ESTIMATE, not a firm price and while I'm not a plumbing expert, I do have an idea of what the problem most likely is.Now, the job was exactly what I told them when I called to get an appointment. My toilet was leaking at the base and needed to be reset with new wax, exactly what the tech told me upon his inspection (two screws, move the toilet, clean the area, new wax, inspect, replace the wax,, reset the toilet. The valve was 10 minutes start to finish). The tech also replaced the shut off valve and the entire job was done in less than 1 hour, total cost, $634.00.As a customer, your home is leaking, and the person is there, what do you do? If you try another company, which will be the same scenario, more time and expense and the leak continues.NOTE: My tech was polite, professional and a very pleasant individual, his work was quick, efficient and thorough, this is not a complaint against him, but, my god, the cost!At 70 years of age, I can no longer do this work myself and have to rely on others to do what I no longer can. It isn't Tipping Hat per se, it is the way the industry works and a company can do it better if they chose to. I feel taken of advantage of by the whole industry, yes prices everywhere have gone up we all are subject to that, but again, the price for the work done..

Zach was amazing when he walked through the door. He kept my house nice and clean which I greatly appreciated!!!! He walked us through the very thorough inspection and made sure we understood everything he was explaining. Just an amazing overall experience! Definitely calling plumline services for all our needs, if the inspection was this awesome!!!!

I had a water leak from the ceiling in my living room. I called Applexxxx plumbing company. The guy could not tell me where the water leak coming from and recommended to replace a new toilet ($500 to replace a toilet). I remembered I had called Blue Sky for my heater three months ago. Javier came and fixed everything for me. This time Daryl and Brian came and found out the leak was from the copper pipe for the water to go into the toilet. No new toilet is needed. They were professional and save me a thousand dollar. I highly recommend Blue Sky.

11 k to rip and replace a rooftop swamp cooler. Went to HD bought it for $600, slid it up a ladder and had it installed in 3 hours myself. The quote was outrageous, and excuses of limited labour doesn't justify that quote. At some point, if they leverage the lack of labor excuse they need to just not quote specific jobs. Stick to the AC Recharge business and be done with it as that's the easiest and most lucrative job out there, hence the deceptive high ratings on Google.A/C recharge maybe, anything else look around.

I met Justin a year ago when I had a polybutal pipe leak. He gave a bid for replacing my first floor piping. A year later, another leak! I decided to move ahead and he stood by a year old quote. It took about 11 hours but when done, I felt more sure this was the right decision. A neighbor of mine paid a competitor more than twice the amount... almost 1 times as much, for the same job. A job well done along with his assistant Zack.

Highly recommended! Ernesto was immediate in his response and was able to diagnose and fix my plumbing issue all in the same day. He went the extra mile to explain the process and his team was quick and efficient with replacing my 70 year old iron drain pipes. His rates were more than reasonable. Plumbing problems are intimidating and Ernesto made it easy and manageable to complete the project. Call him now!
