Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

Drain Terrier is a great company to use. From setting up the appointment to the time they left, they were very professional, kind, prompt, personable, and easy to work with. Tracy let me know what he was doing and kept me informed while doing the drain cleaning job. The guys wore masks, gloves and booties while working in the house.
And, they love dogs!

Tipping Hat Plumbing saved our bathroom! We had a leak due to some shoddy work done before we purchased our condo. The leak effected our unit and the one below. Worst of all, it put our shower out of commission.We owe Jay so much!! He was able not only to identify the source of our problem, but assist in navigating what turned into an un-scheduled shower remodel. Dan and Austin assisted with the installation of the new plumbing system. We hired Elite Rooter to come to our home for what appeared to be a minor plumbing issue. They exaggerated the problem and recommended adding several services that after multiple additional professional opinions by other plumbers, were absolutely unnecessary and unreasonable. Do yourself a favor and call someone else for any needs or help with your plumbing.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.

They did a good job and was very clean and I don't blame the the tech as he did what he was supposed to do, but I feel it was severely overpriced.Due to the business model of plumbers charging trip calls for estimates it makes it very difficult to shop effectively.Parts for this job were about $100 at home Depot, yet they find it ok to severely mark these parts up so this Job for a main line shut off and pressure regulator job was over $1200.Personally I wouldn't use this company again just because of the gouging.

I always call this company when I need plumbing services. They came out this year to fix our drain issues and gave me a good price for the service, I looked around at 3 other companies for quotes this one was the best. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews. I am writing this one to highly recommend Christopher's Plumbing. After completing a load of laundry one evening, we quickly noticed we had a small flood in our storage room in the basement. My next door neighbor recommended I call Christopher Plumbing. I called them first thing the following morning. Once I described our situation, David suspected we probably had a clogged sewer line. He contacted an outside company that specialized in cleaning out sewer lines. The company was at our house within an hour. Two hours later, at a very reasonable cost, we were doing another load of laundry. The company recommended we clean out the line once a year. Don't have to tell us twice!
