I called to get a quote on a new water heater. It's not broken yet just doing preventive maintenance. They said they'd send someone to give an estimate and their website says free estimates. Then when they get here they charge a $50 trip fee. This is completely misleading and dishonest. Saying it's free, then saying you'll send someone to give a quote, then charging is lying. I will never give them my business.

They called ahead, arrived when they said they would, assessed the issue, provided a quote, did the repairs, put things back/lightly cleaned after themselves. Caleb was thorough in explaining the issue, providing suggestions, and tips/tricks for good plumbing care. They were both respectful and kind to us and our home. Thank you!3 Stars for Scheduling - We called Roto-Rooter on Wednesday, after another company failed to show. Our appointment was scheduled for Thursday night and we were instructed to be a squeaky wheel in order to have someone show. Hour into the appointment window, we get a call saying they are over-scheduled and rescheduled for the next night (Friday). Prior to the appointment window, we get a call that again they were over-scheduled and needed to reschedule for the following morning (Saturday). Saturday morning, we get a call 30 minutes prior to our appointment window confirming they were on their way. We did not need to call ahead to ensure someone would arrive as they were scheduled.

Jake was polite and respectful of our home. He explained all repairs and options. Repairs were made efficiently and all is working well.

Almost ran me off the road driving to work. Laid on my horn continued to come over on me. Now directionals nothing just came over on me. License plate number was 821 NSY

Great experience. Called these experts for a main line cleaning after our in-floor basement drain over flowed. The plumber was early, professional, and very knowledgeable. After the service he walked me through my plumbing system and explained how I can maintain the old system and pipes for further use. Fair prices and professional, I think I found my homes go to plumbing company.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Very good experience. James seemed honest and professional. His estimate was good and accurate (unlike another company I had got another estimate from). He was polite and also took time to explain things to me, especially when I asked questions. I don't know how his rates compare to others, but the main thing I look for is someone who is trustworthy and professional.
