My experience with the Rejuvenation of my AC/ Furnace was great! Chris did a great job of informing of everything he was doing. The unfortunate issue came up when I needed to replace my furnace and ac unit. I got my estimate and it was reasonable at the time. I wanted to compare the estimate to other companies to make sure I make the best educated decision. The other tech said that his quote was the best and that if I didn’t decide to do it by a EOB with Tipping Hat that it would no longer be available. I’ve been calling to other companies and was surprised that I did get better quotes. It just felt like I was being pushed into something which I thought Tipping Hat prided themselves into not doing.

Gilbert was quick to respond and his pricing was extremely reasonable. On the day of the install, the sink we purchased was barely too big to fit into the countertop. Gilbert and his son got creative, made everything work in the end, and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend Quality Plumbing more if you're in the neighborhood.

Michael with Hyperflow performed miracles for us! We had a difficult pipe fix that some other companies shied away from, but he was able to perform the fix and did a great job. He and the company were upfront about all costs and possible outcomes prior to performing any work and handled themselves in a very professional manner. Their costs were very affordable and we at no time felt taken advantage of or price gouged in the least. I highly recommend this company and we plan to make them our go to for our future needs. The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

Keith and Jonathan had looked after my old furnace and a/c for a few years before I had them replace the whole system with hi-efficiently units and added a humidifier and it almost cut my monthly bills in half. It was worth it to keep up the annul maintenance contract that covers Spring and Fall cleaning and tune up, plus they are capable of service/flush my on demand hot water heater and garage door. Always professional, arrive on time or early, and available for emergencies. I would always highly recommend Horizon!

We got four estimates for repairing a leak under the kitchen sink and investigating a problem with our downstairs shower. The Flow-Rite folks were the most knowledgable, lowest price, and sorted out problems that our contractor failed several times at.
