Had Tipping Hat come look at my furnace since it was leaking condensate. They gave me two options either install a condensate pump or put in a new furnace. They wanted $1500 for the condensate pump and $9000 + for a new furnace. They did not show me any quotes so these prices seemed extremely steep. I'm assuming they are working on commissions. Needless to say, I went to Home Depot and bought my own condensate pump and materials and installed it myself for less than $200.

As new homeowners with a furnace reaching the end of its lifespan, we wanted to make sure we had a clear sense of how it's performing and the kind of care required of us to get the most out of it. The service tech, Omar, thoroughly explained what he was doing and why, what we could do to keep our system in good working order, and what steps we should consider for replacing the system down the line. Having known next to nothing about furnaces before the appointment, I now feel knowledgeable and empowered about this incredibly important appliance in our home! Customer for life, no doubt.

Fantastic experience! I hadn't had my AC serviced for years and it stopped working in the hottest part of the summer. Golden West was able to schedule a repair immediately, the technician was awesome - immediately diagnosed the failure, fixed it and advised on what to do in the future. Could not ask for more!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

I would highly recommend Simpson water heater repair. I called them late at night when our water heater broke and they were extremely helpful. Very fair priced, on time and went above and beyond to make sure we had our water heater replaced right way.

Dr Fix It is awesome. We had a couple of plumbing issues and the guys came out and put plastic bags on their shoes. There was no pushing or up selling. If there is a problem they tell you then you decide. Chris and Joseph were the techs that came out and I was completly blown away buy the quality of people of Dr. Fix It. We will be using them again in the very near future to get some other work done that needs to get done. 5 star service all the way.

We had a roto-rooter service done today. We were impressed as always with Time's great service, affordable prices, and overall quality work.
