Mostly good things to say. Ben arrived on time and did great work in installing some recessed lights. The project was done in 2.5 hours, but I was still charged a full rate (amounting to a little over $200/hour once you factor in supplies and actual lights). The lights look great, and the install went smooth.

We did a total remodel on an 100 year old farmhouse and The Electric Co. did a great job! Chris was in charge of installing all new wiring throughout the home. We upgraded our service to 500 Amps and added two service locations for future projects in addition to installing the new electrical panel for the main service to the farmhouse. It was not your typical job but Chris was able to troubleshoot and see the job through completion.
Chris did a great job and I would definitely recommend him and The Electric Co. for those in need of an electrician 💡💡💡

Professional and responsive, but also just nice (and generous: we needed a small job looked at; he came over and discovered there was nothing more wrong than a breaker switch (yes, I'm completely embarrassed) and didn't charge. I was on i76 this afternoon when this idiot that works for or is this company decided to start tailgating me for no obvious reason except for being an idiot, now noticed him when I got on the highway tailgating another vechile. If this is example of their personnel I hate to see their work. A word of advice if you're going to drive like and IDIOT DON'T DO IT IN A COMPANY VECHILE.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Carlton Electric! Needed help with an issue at our office and they were quick to respond and fix the issue immediately. Very professional and punctual. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Very very inconsistent. I got Micah's name from the contactor working on my master bathroom, I contacted him to replace our electrical panel, he quoted and completed the work very quickly and we were very happy with the outcome. The same contractor had planned for Micah to complete the wiring for our new bathtub and the agreement was that he would come after the bathroom was complete to run the wiring and then fix some other wiring from the construction. I contacted Micah to schedule the work via text and then email a few days later. Soon I was contacted by his office to set up the work, we scheduled and someone came and did something; however, they didn't complete the work. Instead, they left all our lights on, made a mess, left tools behind and never came back. The way things were left, it seemed like the tech was coming back but nothing. I contacted to reschedule and received no response from the office. At the end of this whole thing, very very unprofessional and with inconsistent results like this definitely would not recommend.

NEVER CALLED ME BACK!
